2 Install and Activation of Courex Transport Manager Note: You will need to complete the full registration on to receive the 6 digit code via Post or Alternatively, you can come down to our main office as below to complete the registration. Courex Pte Ltd, Nan Wah Building, 4 Changi South Lane #07-02 Singapore Mon to Fri and Sat Exclude PH. John Download Courex Transport Manager In Google Play and install. Key in the username and password that you had registered online. Key in the 6 Digit staff code that sent to you via Post. Please note that the address to post to is accordingly to your address in your NRIC. GPS are needed to enable for this application upon logging in.

3 Courex Transport Manager allow you to view New jobs and bid for it real time. Note: Barcode Scanner software must be downloaded separately from Play Store. Search for Zxing or Quickmark as both software are tested to work well with Courex App.. Click on New Bids to see all Delivery Jobs and bid for it.

4 Once your bid is successful, you will be able to view full delivery details and update jobs on the go! Place the barcode scanner over the QR CODE. Note: Additional Barcode Scanner software must be downloaded from Play Store. Search for Zxing or Quickmark as both software are recommended.

5 Update Delivery digitally Please ensure Receiver signed digitally and input in the name of receiver.

6 What make a good Delivery Person (DP)???

7 Role and Responsibilities of DP Present Courex DP Pass for goods collection and Delivery. Take responsibility for the parcels up to the time of receipt and delivery Verify each successful delivery with the NAME, signature, and company stamp (if applicable) of the recipient, stating clearly the date and time of receipt. The DP shall not attempt to forge the signature of the recipient. Forgery is an offence and the case shall be brought up to the police; Leave behind a Delivery Attempt Card in the event of an unsuccessful delivery to inform the recipient of a delivery attempt of date and time of delivery; Update timely the delivery statuses of the parcels. Inaccurate or Incomplete updates of delivery statuses might result in the delay or forfeiture of the Payment Return all items, money, in the form of either cash or cheque, and other relevant documents to Courex at the end of each work day; Consignment notes, waybills and delivery order note must be returned promptly. Do not enter the customer (sender or receiver) house/ private property at all-time even if the DP is being invited by the customer. Proper attire must be worn at all time. No singlet, sleeveless shirt, slippers, scandals and short are allowed to be worn in the course of delivery. In the event of customer not at home, do not attempt to call the customer and ask if the parcel can be left out the house or even attempt to leave the parcel outside the house without sign for by the receiver.

8 Before and During Delivery Call customer to inform before hand if you are going to be late. Before going to customer place for delivery, update in your smartphone: In transit to destination will trigger an sms to customer that you are coming. Do not deliver outside the delivery timeslot unless prior arrangement been made with customer. If there is no one at home, please do give a call to customer as sometime they are in the toilet. If there is no person at home, immediately update the pda as Undelivered No one home and drop a card. If not able to drop a card, please do update immediately no one home in the smartphone as it will trigger an sms to customer to say delivery attempt had been made.

9 After Delivery All DP to return all the undelivered parcel and money collected by the end of the day. If the driver delivery is in the night slot, the latest time to return all parcels and cash is next working day 10am. Courex working day is from Mon to fri 0800 to 2200 and Sat hr. If driver failed to return by the stipulated timing, police report will be made for item not return due to theft. Driver is to ensure all signed consignment note to be scan into the warehouse and return (If applicable). Any connote or delivery note not return, it consider a failed delivery and driver will need to return to sign again at no additional payout.
