5 Flexible Conveyors (Aluminium) - FlexLink s aluminium conveyor are based on conveyor in aluminium with low friction slide rails guiding a close-fitting, multi-flexing plastic chain that gives a straight, horizontal and vertical running capability. Tight horizontal bends allow routing close to machines, saving floor space. Tight vertical bends also save floor space by enabling multilevel transportation and make access easy for operators. Conveyor width range from 45 mm up to 300 mm. Conveyor speed up to 120 m/min. Product weight up to 30 kg. Conveyor length up to 40 m per drive (Depends on load, accumulation, bends, and numbers of starts/stops). Examples of applications: Packed foods, personal products, plastic bottles, Tissue paper, perfume bottles, pharmaceutical bottles, heavy boxes, Large cardboard boxes. 5

7 Modular Plastic Belt Conveyors (Aluminium) - The new wide belt conveyor system is a flexible, cost-effective solution especially designed for the transportation of large and bulky items. 8 Puck & Pallet Handling Systems - The Puck/Pallet systems from FlexLink are based on aluminium conveyors. FlexLink Puck and pallet handling systems are a complete systems for handling of individual products on product carries puck or pallets. In combination with line control and the equipment and monitoring software Youtilize FlexLink s puck and pallet handling systems are able to handle a controlled flow of individual products through the manufacturing process. This feature alone save countless hours on installation and inspection. There is no need to remove ancillary equipment to check a Cooper bearing. Inspection is simple.
