1 Exhibition Basic Manual Dear exhibitor: We would like to thank you for your participation in the Technological Exhibition of the ninth edition of the International Seminar "Exploration, Exploitation, Processing and Transportation of Hydrocarbons" - IX INGEPET 2018, which will be held from 1 to 4 October This manual provides all the information necessary for a successful exhibition, providing solutions to most pre-display mode. The information contained in this document is made to coordinate your participation, saving setbacks, problems and unnecessary expenses last moment. Entry: Gate "0" - Basement 1 Schedule Delivery and assembly of stands space Delivery: Monday, 01 October Assembly and Packaging: Monday, October 01 09:00 hours - 12:00 hours 09:00 hours - 18:00 hours * Income material and other equipment is only allowed until 15 hours. Date display - opening and closing Tuesday October 2 13:00-18:00 hours Wednesday October3 09:00-18:00 hours Thursday October 4 09:00-16:30 hours Removing the Display Thursday, October 4 after 16:30 hours. It has been coordinated with the LCC to give facilities to perform disassembly behind closed doors, without altering the activities taking place at the room San Borja and the Hall. Friday 5 October, the Consortium must deliver totally clean environment before 09:00 hours. The exhibiting companies will be assembled with your provider to meet the standards specified in this manual. The exhibitor may not assign, donate, sell, rent or share the space allotted for stand or part thereof. Assembly and Disassembly The assembly of the trade show will begin on Monday October 1, 2018, from 09:00 hours to its corresponding implementation. Decoration, posters, etc., as well as any product exhibited; disassembly and transport, will be the exclusive responsibility of the exhibiting company. Should have its own supplier, it must conform to safety regulations and installation schedule given by the organization. However, if the exhibiting company has its own structure, you can manage the entry of your provider to implement its stand, with full responsibility of the exhibiting company. It should contact Global Eventos before 31 August 2018 to inform the stand. It may fix objects to walls, floors, windows, doors or ceilings permanent Convention Center using nails, staples, tapes or other substances. The exhibitor company is obliged to withdraw its equipment, tools, products and any material and must leave the stand space under the conditions they were delivered. Of injuries or damage have occurred on the premises of the Convention Center, they shall be borne by the exhibitor company, for which the Convention Center in conjunction with the organization conducted a survey of the damage and determine the cost. Disassembly of the Technology Exhibition will be held on Friday 05 October from 06:00 hours until 09:00 hours. Any delay will be subject to the cost of rent per square meter set by the Convention Center. All equipment and material exposure, lighting and sound must enter through the door of suppliers (Door 0 - Basement 1) with a waybill in triplicate. 2

3 Decoration and Design The decoration of the stands is the responsibility of Exhibitor: furniture, accessories and other decorative items must be submitted in optimum conditions, having to not use flammable material. The organization shall have authority and power of discernment in this regard, may order replacement if necessary, relocation or new decoration stand to cost the merchandiser. The Exhibitor must take into account before making the design, the following: The maximum height allowed for stands will be 2.35 meters. You may not use advertising items such as banners, pennants, billboards on the outside of the stands and / or lighting equipment, or any other element that invades the common areas. Safety, Security and Insurance The grounds of the Technological Exhibition will feature a security service and surveillance during the days of assembly and disassembly, as well as during the opening hours of the exhibition. The INGEPET delivered to the representatives of the exhibiting companies a credential for each of the people who make and are informed by the exhibiting company. This credential is personal, nontransferable and mandatory use. Porte staff that will only be authorized for Technological Exhibition area. The INGEPET assumes no liability for damages suffered by persons, material or equipment, especially the exhibits during their stay in the enclosure area Technology Exhibition, nor is not liable for damages caused by employees and vehicles non-technical or non-commissioned by the organization, the visiting public or other circumstances. Similarly, INGEPET not compensate for damage caused by theft, fire, explosion, accident, civil commotion, sabotage or other causes of force majeure. All cases not covered by these regulations will be resolved by INGEPET within the balance of interests of the parties, the fundamental basis of the text of the different numerals. 4 Guarantee In all cases the exhibitor company will be liable for personal injury and property damage caused inside and outside the booth by his staff or objects exposed or operates, and waives any action against the INGEPET, its officers, staff and the remaining exhibitors. Equipment and Tools The exhibitor must inform the burden of energy required. The cables used for connecting equipment shall be cured. Computers, computer systems, tools and other materials that come from abroad, shall be governed under the Temporary Import Regime of the General Customs Law of Peru. The exhibitor company will be responsible for obtaining any license, permit or approval required by the authorities or local law. It also will be responsible for obtaining any authority identification customs or taxes, as well as paying them. Equipment and tools for assembly must be supplied by the exhibitor and / or contracted provider. (Adapters, car carriers, shippers, stairs, etc.) All materials must enter with waybill in triplicate for easy entry and exit from the Convention Center. Sound Exhibitors wishing to use sound equipment must satisfy themselves that the intensity does not disturb the rest of the exhibiting companies. The only sound will be supported by equipment and tools. However, the INGEPET may prohibit the use of such equipment or tool if satisfied that the noise generated is too high. Wifi Technology Exhibition does not have internet service. If you require internet for your stand, you must apply at least 15 days before the event and pay an additional fee of USD VAT for the four-day event. Personal restrictions Outside opening hours to the public, not permanence within the local exposure of any personnel be allowed. Require additional staff for the exhibiting company (maintenance, electricians, technicians, etc.) must apply for entry permit to the organization. 4

5 Other restrictions Smoking is prohibited inside the Technological Exhibition area. No pets will be allowed entry. the entry of people who have ingested alcohol is not permitted. the income of people under 18 not allowed. It is prohibited the entry of armed personnel. Accident prevention 1. Workers must have insurance SCTR a day and a copy will be sent to the organization in advance of the event. 2.
