4 Steps to follow User Name - Enter valid user name Password - Enter correct password Log-out Click Log-out link to logging out the application from any screen. This link is available on top right corner of the banner. TRACKING: 1) LIVE TRACKING: All the Vehicles which are allotted our User have been displayed in the list view as well as in the Map. For every 10 seconds map get refreshed to update the Vehicle status. 2) DATAIL TRACKING: This window updates entire vehicle position and status. This window displays vehicle status for each minute and refreshes the whole page for 40 seconds to get the latest update of the vehicle status. 3) LIVE TRAVERSED: Live moving Vehicle is displayed in the given map with all directions. This gives the detail report of the Vehicle with speed, ignition with time and date events. 4) HISTORY TRACKING: Previously Vehicle travelled details can be displayed here in the map. This module tracks the Vehicle in the map with directions. This gives the detail report of the Vehicle with speed, ignition with time and date events. 5) MULTI TRACKING: Here we can observe Live moving multiple Vehicles are displayed in the given map with all directions. This gives the detail report of the Vehicle with speed, ignition with time and date events. 5 2) STOPPAGE REPORT: Stoppage report gives the status of our vehicle. 1) Vehicle stopped duration is calculated here. 2) Device should be connected to the engine, if engine is off; this report calculates the stopped time with start time and end time of the stopped data. 3) Gives you the accurate duration of stop data. 3) GEO-FENCE REPORT: A geo-fence is an electronic boundary that a user can create to monitor vehicle location and movement. Geo-fences may be created, viewed, and edited visually on an interactive map. The geofence may be assigned to a vehicle or to groups of vehicles. 4) FUEL CONSUMPTION REPORT: This report gives you the exact performance of the vehicle fuel. This is useful to control the expenses spending for fuel in vehicle. Consumption of fuel is calculated according to the given odometer readings. 5) VEHICLE SUMMARY REPORT: This shows you the vehicle performance. The vehicle performance is keenly calculated. End of the day, vehicle detail summary is given in this report to know the accurate performance of the individual vehicle. This report is taken only for the single day but not for the more than one day. 6) VEHICLE SUMMARY PERIODIC REPORT: This shows you the vehicle performance. The vehicle performance is keenly calculated distance from particular date to date and time to time, vehicle detail summary is given in this report to know the accurate performance of the individual vehicle. This report is taken only for the single day but not for the more than one day. 7) SPEED EXCEPTION REPORT: Speed of the entire vehicle can be calculated by entering limit length in the field speed limit. Vehicles shown only which are above the speed of given limit. Engine should be ON with speed more than 5 Kmph to get this report. 8) TRACK DATA REPORT: This report show you the vehicle ignition and with speed report. This tracks the vehicle for each and every second. The device which is connected to the vehicle gives the exact information with details track data. 6 9) DISTANCE DAYWISE REPORT: Distance travelled for the vehicle in whole day summary is present here. This distance report is calculated with the help of odometer. (Odometers have been counting the miles for centuries. Although they are a dying breed, they are incredibly cool because they are so simple! A mechanical odometer is nothing more than a gear train with an incredible gear ratio). 10) DISTANCE-PERIODIC REPORT: We can evaluate the distance from particular date to date and time to time. This distance report is calculated with the help of odometer. (Odometers have been counting the miles for centuries. 11) TRAVEL REPORT: Vehicle travelled for the whole day data is displayed in this report. 12) AC REPORT: It shows the status of AC. 13) FUEL VARIATION: Fuel Variation is user friendly to find... 1) Where the fuel is varied or theft. 2) When the fuel is filled and deployed. 3) How much fuel was wasted? GEO FENCES: 1) GEO FENCES: A geo-fence is an electronic boundary that a user can create to monitor vehicle location and movement. Geo-fences may be created, viewed, and edited visually on an interactive map. The geofence may be assigned to a vehicle or to groups of vehicles. 2) MAP GEO FENCE CREATION: Map geo fence creation: This module provides the geo fence through map pointer in the given map. This option is to display the vehicle location which is travelled in previous time date and location. 3) GEO FENCE CREATION: This module provides geo fence creation to create manually by entering latitude and longitude into the fields. This module fields are also provided to search the latitudes and longitudes by entering vehicle number into the fields and selecting date for 10minutes more following to the from date. 7 4) POI CREATION: POI (Point of Interest) is created in the map by clicking on map and point the place in the map. When point is placed in the map latitude and longitude are created and automatically. MASTERS: 1) NEW DEVICES /VEHICLE: This module is provided to enter the new device details which are polled through database or manually entered vehicle numbers. 2) ALL DEVICES: This module displays all the devices information which is created in new devices module. 3) DRIVER DETAILS: This module provides to enter the driver personal information and also contact information. 4) USER DETAILS: This module creates the users to assist vehicles to track. 5) ASSIGN ASSETS: This module provides to assign vehicles to the users to view the track record of their vehicle. ALERTS: 1) ALERT SETTINGS: This module provides SMS & alerts settings to the perspective vehicles. This system is used for when the vehicle exceeds its limit, alerts are sent to the vehicle usage person. This type of system can provide SMS and sent for each misusage of the vehicle. Each single record is created and sent to the assign vehicle number to send alerts to. After setting alerts to the vehicle all the details are stored in the Alert details. Each type of the alert will create each record in the given front end table. 2) GEO FENCE ALERT SETTINGS: This module provides the settings to assign geo fence alerts to the perspective vehicle. 3) ALERT DETAILS: This module provides entire alert details which are created in SMS & alerts. This system is used for when the vehicle exceeds its limit, alerts are sent to the vehicle usage person. This type of system can provide SMS and sent for each misusage of the vehicle. 8 4) GEO FENCE ALERT DETAILS: This module provides entire geo fence alert details which are created in geo fence alerts. This system is used for when the vehicle enter or exit the geo fence which is created in geo fence for the vehicle, alerts are sent to the vehicle usage person. This type of system can provide you to reduce misuse of the vehicle. These types of alerts are sent as per the settings given. These settings are given only by the credentials given person to allot the alerts settings to the vehicle. 5) SMS REPORTER: This module provides to send the Vehicle summary detail report through SMS to the provided mobile number. 6) SMS DETAILS: This module provides entire SMS Reporter details which are created in SMS Reporter. MANAGE: NOTE: 1) ADMIN: This module holds all the admin details. Admin details are entered to create login credentials. These admin can assign permissions to the users. Admin can be created only through super admin. 2) FUEL CALIBRATION: This module providing the calibration of fuel tank in voltage and also in Liters. Two types of input are given here in this module to enter the data in volts if known, or can enter the data in liters and time to get the fuel calibration. 1) Please make sure that one of the Wires is connected to fuel sensor to get the information about fuel capacity. MAIL SETTINGS: 1) MAIL: This module provides the settings and saved to be made for mail scheduler. All the reports and vehicle numbers are displayed here in this module; all these settings can be made to send the reports to the provided mail id by choosing type of the report like in daily or weekly. 2) MAIL DETAILS: This Module provides the entire Mail Settings details which are created in Mail.
