1 Containerized Cargo Consignee Standard Tariff Effective from 1 st March 2018

2 GENERAL All charges are referenced in US Dollars unless otherwise stated, and payable in cash with the available currency ( or the equivalent in IQD). Any items not covered by this tariff must be agreed in writing between both parties prior service is provided by Terminal 1. Terminal Interchange Charge Covers the supervision, tracking, data upload, personnel, and administration of the delivery move from stack to truck for full import and the return of the empty from consigned truck back to the yard. It also covers the supervision, tracking, data upload, personnel, administration of the delivery of an empty unit to the consignees/shipper s truck and the receipt of a full container back to the yard. Terminal Supervision of positioning moves upon request Positioning Fees 15 per container (CFS Container). Putting the container on above of another container for the purposes of stuffing/stripping by Labor. Charges are applicable only on CFS containers. Positioning Fees 50 per container. Consignee/shipper requests a container moved within terminal for own purposes or by direction from Authorities within the terminal.

3 4. Management of Labor/Fork lift for vanning and devanning. Forklift Charges Charges for forklift rental 25 per container for stripping and stuffing. Container Charges for BGT Labor for stuffing / unstuffing non palletized container will be given upon request Vehicles 20ft Full per vehicle ft Full per vehicle ft Full per vehicle 100 If the loading and unloading of consignee truck is delayed by reasons beyond Terminal control, and requires grounding of the cargo, an additional charge of 4.5 per Freight ton would be applicable per container to cover additional handling. The above applies to the labor / forklift for stripping or stuffing at the terminal, including any partial stripping / stuffing. This charge does not include the positioning and handling of the container itself It is assumed that the above charge applies to the immediate loading onto a truck, or offload from a truck. If the cargo is grounded additional move charge will apply. 5. Reefer Monitoring Includes power supply, standard temperature checks commencing day after discharge twice per 24 hour period and fuel and power, but not including the security as per separate fee Per day Reefer Monitoring per day per container from Day 1 to Day 7 60 Reefer Monitoring per day per container from Day 8 to Day Reefer Monitoring per day per container from Day 22 onwards 60

A flat fee of 2 per FT per day in the case of LCL general cargo would be applicable 7. 6 14. Payments 15. General Invoices will be raised and are due for payment prior to service Terminal shall not be liable for any costs, losses, expenses, delays, expenses etc. due to any delay in terminal operations caused for any reason outside the terminal control including but not limited to natural events, Port Authority or other Government Bodies, statutory clearances, etc. Terminal reserves the right to amend this tariff due to unforeseen events that seriously affect the cost of operation, that are out of Terminal control, including but not limited to introduction of new taxes, surcharges, increase of any existing taxes, and other unexpected price increases. Use of the Terminal Facilities and services managed and operated by the terminal operator shall constitute a consent to the Standard Terms and Conditions of the Terminal Operator.
