3 Standard Safety Accessories: Safety system must be integrated in the lift cylinder against sudden bursting of oil hose so that top plate shall not fall suddenly. Safety stops in case of accidental departure of the vehicle. Safety stand to be provided for the maintenance to prevent the top plate coming down on the maintenance operator. Lip support in resting position to prevent any cutting or overwhelm. Scope of Supply:- Unloading of consignment, safe storage on the site until installation will be in the supplier s scope. The supplier shall make the arrangement to bring the consignment at the installation location. C-channel / Support / Hydra (if required) for installation will be in the supplier s scope & ladder / scaffolding (if required) for installation at supplier s expense. During the period of installation, any shortage of material due to pilferage, misplacement etc. at site would be in supplier s account. Further, if due to storage at site / warehouse for prolonged periods, the refurbishment from the weather deterioration like rust removal, re-painting etc. will be in supplier s account. Exclusion:- Civil work required for installation will be carried out by AFD. Electrical wiring for providing single / three-phase AC supply through a separate MCB up to point of installation will be done by AFD. Cables, Conduit & Cable trays required for installation of accessories will be supplied & laid by AFD.
