All exhibits are inside. If you need to order tables and/or chairs, please complete the Booth Accessories Order Form and fax it to Moorea Marketing at by May 15, 2009.

3 Electric: ID Check: Phone: Parking: Vendor Staff: Sales Tax: Security Issues: If you need to order electricity, please complete the enclosed Electric Service Order Form by May 15, Please remember ALL of your employees will be carded at the event. If they are not of age, they will not be drinking alcohol. Phone service is not available at this facility. Please note: Cell phones are permitted and work in this facility. Vehicles are NOT permitted in Richmond Raceway Complex facilities for loading/unloading without the authorization of Richmond Raceway Complex management. All equipment and freight will be loaded and unloaded at the designated loading docks and entrances. Vehicles are permitted in the exhibit areas as a part of the display. All exhibit vehicles must comply with all Henrico County Fire Regulations. Each vendor will receive three (3) staff badges. Badges can be picked up on-site at Exhibitor Registration. Your staff must wear these badges at all times. Each vendor will receive two (2) complimentary glasses. The sales tax on retail items being sold at this event is 5%. As a company selling items in the state of Virginia you should be charging sales tax and then forwarding the money to the State of Virginia. If any issues arise which require immediate assistance, please visit the show office located at the front of the building and a staff member will be there to assist you. Ice: Ice will be available onsite to purchase for CASH ONLY in the form of 20lbs or 40lbs bags. There will be ice runners roaming the venue or you can stop by Exhibitor Registration to request ice. Event of Rain: Be prepared for rain. The show will open rain or shine. Moorea Marketing will not be held responsible for any water damage. In the Event of Extreme Heat: Please wear clothing that is appropriate both professionally and suited for the climate. Shows in the spring months can be hot at times and everyone should drink a considerable amount of fluids and keep cool.

4 Care of Facility: Exhibitor Conduct: Liability: Exhibitors must not injure or deface the grounds or structures at the Fairgrounds. When such damage occurs, the exhibitor is liable to the owner of the property so damaged. The exhibitor shall comply with all reasonable requests of officials of the fairgrounds. Exhibitor will be charged for cleanup caused by paint, oil, grease, adhesive materials, abrasives and for excessive debris left in exhibitor space. Exhibitors shall conduct and operate the exhibit so as not to annoy, endanger or interfere with the rights of other exhibitors and visitors. Moorea Marketing will NOT be responsible for an injury, loss or damage that may occur to the exhibitor or to the exhibitor s employees or property from any cause whatsoever. The exhibitor assumes full responsibility and liability resulting directly or indirectly, or jointly, from other causes that arise because of the actions or omissions of its agents, employees or independent contractors, whether acting with or without the scope of their authority. Per your contract, all insurance forms need to be presented to event management prior to the show opening. NOTE: All exhibitors are responsible for their physical well being. Please be careful during set-up, tear-down and during the event. Be aware of your surroundings. An EMT will be available during the operational hours of the event, however, if you have an accident during set-up or tear-down there is no medical help onsite. Show Management has a first-aid kit for band aids, etc. at the Show Office but all exhibitors are encouraged to work carefully. Safety First! Amendment to Rules: Any matter not specifically covered by the preceding rules shall be subject solely to the discretion of Moorea Marketing. See the amendments below: 1. Decorations, signs, banners and streamers may not be attached, taped, nailed stapled, screwed, pinned or otherwise fastened to any ceiling, painted surface or walls of any building at the Richmond Raceway Complex. Under no circumstances are adhesive backed decals to be given away or permitted to be used in the facilities. No tape, stickers or staples are to be used on tables and floors unless it is pulled off prior to your departure. If you do not remove tape, stickers or staples from tables or floors it will be done and charged to you. Also, there is to be nothing hung on the outside perimeter fencing surrounding the complex.

5 2. No adhesive backed (stick on) decals or similar items may be distributed or used on show facilities. 3. Parking in loading dock and service drives, except for loading and unloading, is prohibited. Violators will be towed at their own expense and risk. 4. All freight and exhibit materials must enter the building through the designated entrances. 5. The Raceway Complex will not accept deliveries of freight, packages, cartons or mail for any exhibitor. 6. All fire, safety and building regulations must be strictly followed. Particular attention should be paid to the prohibition against propane, acetylene and other flammable materials. 7. Exhibitors are responsible for the removal of all materials at the conclusion of the show. 8. Exhibitor shall obtain all permits and licenses, shall comply with all of the requirements and shall pay all taxes, fees and charges prescribed by federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. 9. Exhibitors are strictly prohibited from serving alcohol or alcoholic paraphernalia to minors. All such sales will be grounds for dismissal from the event and immediate closure of exhibitor s booth. Attendees must be 21 years old to drink alcohol. 10. No pets are allowed in the buildings unless assisting the visually impaired. Exhibitors are not allowed to have pets in the building during show hours. 11. Richmond Raceway Complex is a smoke free environment. There is no smoking in any of the buildings, including the restrooms, at any time. This includes set-up and teardown.
