TERMINAL HANDLING CHARGES FOR OUT-OF-CYCLE ACTIVITIES: Following activities will be charged separately if they are not already included in a particular cycle or have to be repeated in a cycle on Customers request: ACTIVITY A. Lift on/lift off empty container from stack area to Rs. 400 Rs. 730 Rail wagon /Road trailer or vice-versa B. Lift on/lift off loaded container from road vehicle Rs. 570 Rs.1060 to stack area/rail loading or vice-versa 2. TERMINAL SERVICE CHARGES: In order to provide efficient services at the ICD, it is necessary to ensure that Container being used for Export or Import do not stagnate at ICD. Adequate Free Time for obtaining Customs Clearance and completing commercial formalities has been provided for various categories of Container. Thereafter, the Shipper/Importer/his Agent shall be liable to pay Terminal Service Charges over and above the Terminal Handling Charges. The rates for 20 Containers are given below. The rates for 40 containers will be double these rates. The day of unloading/arrival/stuffing of container is included while calculating Free Time. 3 3. WHARFAGE CHARGES: A. FOR EXPORT CARGO: (w.e.f ) Description (Export FCL) Tariff For General Cargo Cargo arrival date plus 6 calendar days = 7 days Free After free period (for general cargo) (No Free period if cargo is taken back) Rs.40 per Sq.M. per week or part thereof in multiple of 5 Sq. Marble Blocks For Marble Blocks/Granite Blocks/Slabs, 15 days free time including day of arrival of cargo, beyond which general cargo tariff will apply. 12 7. TARIFF FOR BONDED WAREHOUSING : I. Storage charges for Bonding at ICD, Sachana: a. Storage Charges 1. Up to 2 weeks Rs. 60/- per week/sq mt or part thereof 2. From 2 to 3 weeks Rs. 45/- per week/sq mt or part thereof 3. More than 3 weeks Rs. 30/- per week/sq mt or part thereof b. Minimum bookings of space 5 sq mts (or multiple thereof) c. Minimum booking period 2 weeks II. Terminal Handling for bonded consignment: a. Shifting charges from Import Rs. 65/- Per MT or part thereof Warehouse to bonded Warehouse. III. Insurance charges: a. Insurance charges 13 paise per Rs. 1000/- value or part thereof/per week or part thereof. Note: Service tax: As applicable

TERMINAL HANDLING CHARGES FOR OUT-OF CYCLE ACTIVITIES The following activities will be charged separately if they are not already included in a particular cycle or have to be repeated in a cycle on CUSTOMER S REQUEST ACTIVITIES WEIGHMENT CHARGES: a.usage of CWCNSL S weighbridge for weighment of cargo or Rs. 50 Rs. 100 container vehicles on own trailers. b.on Customers request weighment will be undertaken by CWCNSL S weighbridge, this includes lift on/lift off and transportation. Rs.1200 Rs.2400 c. Weighment of Export and Import of individual packages (100%) Service tax: As Applicabale Rs.1100 Rs RE-EXAMINATION CHARGES (IMPORT): Rs.1100 Rs.1960 If after normal examination, which has been done, second examination, then per container per examination charges Service tax: As applicable 3. Segregation/stacking/palletisation/repacking Rs.65 Per M.T. 4. Auction Charges : In case Importer / consignee comes forward to take delivery of Import cargo / containers after expiry of 60 days of its de-stuffing / arrival, an additional amount of Rs.3000/- per TEU, Rs.6000/- per FEU and Rs.1500/- per LCL consignment will be charged. 13. 14 NOTE: Lines/CHA should put on `Overload sticker on all overloaded containers so that they are easily identified at the time of their handling. Lines/CHA should declare the weight correctly in forwarding; Note at the time of booking such Containers. In case any overweight is detected later, either at originating Terminal itself or at destination terminal, it will be construed to be a case of mis-declaration and penal charges levied at the rate of Rs. 1000/- per ton or Part thereof for excess beyond the declared weight in addition to recovery of due differential charge (Freight due minus paid at the time of booking as per declaration). This will also be applicable for Import Cargo. Truck bringing Export Cargo will be permitted to enter ICD till Hrs. working hours are to Hrs. All Cargo will be stuffed in accordance and guidance of shipping Line/Shipper s representative. In the absence of Shipper s representative, the container would be stuffed under the supervision of CWCNSL and every effort would be made to give best possible storage. CWCNSL will not be responsible for any left over of cargo. Re-working, if desired by CHA, will be allowed on Payment of usual re-working. No empty container trucks/ trailor will be allowed to be parked inside ICD area. No Container shall be dispatched from the ICD CWCNSL in absence of sufficient clear balance in the PD Account or until the payment is received & cleared in the accounts of the ICD. The rates for containers carrying over dimensional consignment (ODC) for ISO Containers, carrying ODC projecting beyond the dimensions (Length, Width or height), CWCNSL will quote on Case TO Case basis. 20% Surcharge will also be levied on the by road movement of special equipment like Open Top Containers. All Laden Flat Racks, will be treated as ODC s, no ODC charges are leivable on 40. Dry Cargo ISO container of the height upto 9 6. A 20% Surcharge on the normal freight rate and container handling charges will be leviable on every container accepted for carriage of Hazardous /Dangerous Cargo. Such Containers will be accepted on a Pink Forwarding Note only. PRIOR PERMISSION MUST BE TAKEN BEFORE BRINGING HAZARDOUS CARGO INSIDE ICD PREMISES All Booking will be accepted by CWCNSL on PAID basis. All Exporters/CHAs are requested to fill in and present one forwarding note of each shipment along with one copy of Shipping Bill duly Endorsed by Customs for IW Bill/GR.

15 The acceptance and movement over these streams will be as per adequate materialization of full train loads only CWCNSL shall not be responsible for any indirect/consequential losses on account of transportation delays owing to reasons beyond CWCNSL s control. In case of hold of containers TSC will be charged till the release date of container Change of Mode of Transportation: Request for change of mode of transportation i. e. from rail to road after the container has been handed over to CWCNSL will attract a levy of Rs. 500/- per TEU. However, if CWCNSL is unable to provide the train within five days of booking of the container then change in mode of transportation will be permitted without any charges. Import Loaded Containers shall be moved for examination only after all Customs and other formalities have been completed and Custom Examination arranged by Shipper/Agent. CWCNSL would reserve the right to decide which Import Container and what kind of Import Commodities are to be de-stuffed in the ICD Warehouse or in the nominated Open Space. For rest, the cargo will be left in the Container itself till Final Delivery is taken by the Shipper or Custom/CWCNSL disposes off the Goods following procedures laid down by CWCNSL and as specified in Indian Customs Act and as per the Handling of Cargo in the Customs area regulation CWCNSL shall not be responsible for any damage caused to the cargo while in transit/custody from ICD to ports or vice versa. Insurance shall be obtained by the Exporter and Importer for the cargo exported and/or Imported by them from the Ports/ICD to the delivery/origin points of their respective companies. Alternatively they may ask the ICD in writing to obtain insurance on their behalf at the applicable charges. The CWCNSL Dry Ports shall be given atleast 48 Hours intimation in case the Shipper/ Consignee wishes the ICD to take insurance on their behalf. Further in case of Factory Stuffing of Cargo the insurance survey has to be concluded before the cargo is stuffed into the Container. In case of overweight of cargo in Containers CWCNSL Dry Port shall not be liable for any damage caused to the Cargo in transit. Fumigation Companies will have to be Empaneled with the ICD/CFS for providing the Fumigation facilities to the Exporters and Importers at the CWCNSL Dry Port AHM Packaging and Palletizing Companies will have to be empaneled with the ICD/CFS for providing the packaging and palletizing facilities to the Exporters and Importers at the CWCNSL Dry Port AHM.

16 Government Levies including Service Tax as applicable on actual. Insurance of Cargo to be obtained by the Shipper and ICD CWCNSL Dry Port takes no responsibility of any damage caused to the cargo while in transit from ICD CWCNSL Dry Port to Gateway Port. Every export Shipment will be weighed before gated in and gated out, weighbridge capacity upto 65 mts. Other Terms and Conditions as per tariff. SERVING LOCALLY AND SERVICING GLOBALLY
