NBR, Nitrile Rubber FPM, Fluorine Rubber EPDM, Ethylene Propylene Flanges and clamp fittings are suitable for flexible and easy maintenance. 3 Alfa Laval s program of bends, tees and reducers are available in diameters from 1" to 4" and from DN10 to DN150. Bends, Tees & Reducers Alfa Laval constantly focuses on producing installation material with long durability, problem-free welding and assembly, and highest possible strength. Welding Alfa Laval is aware of the constantly increasing demands placed upon the quality of welding. In accordance with these demands, all our reducers meet the highest of standards. The reducers have cylindrical welding ends and are available for all tube combinations, ensuring that you will always get the right diameter and wall thickness for your process. Tolerances Alfa Laval ensures that all the angles are exact and that all the tube, bend and tee connections are uniform. It is very important that our customers do not have to compensate for any welding irregularities. Finishes In order to ensure that you are able to select a finish that exactly matches your process, Alfa Laval offers a wide range of finishes, including matt, raw, bright and polished. 4 Tubing Alfa Laval offers a variety of tubes for the sanitary application process in all worldwide standards. A flexible pipe support system is also included in the Alfa Laval product program. The system can be used for floor, wall or ceiling installations, by means of a combination of connection pieces and anchor plates. Surfex tubes The Alfa Laval Surfex Tubes are the perfect choice for ultraclean processes within the demanding pharmaceutical, biotech and light chemical industries. The tubes are produced in compliance with the DIN 11866, with extremely high demands on materials, hygiene and manufacturing accuracy. The Range C in DIN will also meet the ASME BPE completely. Surfex tubes Butterfly Valves LKB Sanitary Valves Alfa Laval s LKB sanitary butterfly valves are manually or automatically operated valves for use in stainless steel pipe systems. These valves have a very low pressure drop which results in a steady flow of product. The LKB valves are mainly based upon two valve body halves, valve disc, bushes for the disc stem and seal rings, and are designed to simplify the shift from manual to automatic operation. The butterfly valves are available in four versions: LKB Butterfly Valves Due to their large opening areas Alfa Laval butterfly valves offer low flow resistance, allow for reversible flow direction, and provide gentle treatment of low and medium viscosity product. LKB for ISO tubes LKB-2 for DIN tubes LKB-F for flange connections LKB-LP for low pressure The LKB and LKB-2 valves are available with welded fittings and can all be operated automatically.

HighClean The HighClean range caters mainly for customers in the personal care and food industries where the demands are much higher than in our standard high-quality range. All products have both an inside and outside finish of Ra=0.8. Pharma The Pharma range caters for the high specifications demanded of the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. The polished inside surface finish of Ra=0.4 meets the exceptionally high quality needs of these industries. The outside surface finish is Ra=0.8. Tri-Clover Pharma The Pharma range also features Tri-Clover Pharma. These products are available in our PL and PM executions. The outside surface of both is Ra=0.8. The inside surface of the PL execution is mechanically polished with a Ra=0.5 finish; the electro-polished PM inside surface finish is Ra=0.4.
