The material REA systems are manufactured from high-grade synthetic material, which is suitable for high care heavy-duty applications with temperature capabilities of between -40 C to +80 C. The plastic used does not corrode, is rust and cadmium-free and chemical resistant for salt and chlorine pools. The surface finish is very smooth and thus makes it very easy to clean. 4 Easy to assemble Assembly is simplicity itself, without any special skills or tools one person can assemble the REA system rack in just a few minutes, ready for instant use. A number of products will be supplied ready-for-use by the factory. Mobile All units can be supplied on wheels. Depending on application and requirement, several castor types are available. REA leisure-products are usually fitted with plastic castors and low noise wheels with non-marking surface. Stainless steel housings with nylon wheels are possible too. The swivel castors are available with or without a brake. Castor requirements can always be met to suit your needs. Rubber buffers are optional for units where walls and skirting damage is to be avoided. Available colours REA plastic storage systems are available in two colour options.
