4 ORDER GUIDELINES, TERMS AND POLICIES Minimum Order Size - An order minimum of 185 m 2 / 2000 ft 2 in full roll quantities applies for most standard products. If available, off the shelf stock may be purchased below MOQ in full roll quantities and is subject to the lowest volume pricing. MOQ of 464 m 2 / 5000 ft 2 applies to PORON Resource and PORON Dual Layer. Order Placement - Orders will be accepted by phone, or fax, but errors in transmission are the customer s responsibility. Phone orders require a written confirmation either via mail or fax. The order must be clearly marked Confirming or the cost due to a duplicate shipment will be the customer s responsibility. Order Acknowledgement - All orders are subject to written acceptance at our Woodstock, Connecticut office for adherence to these guidelines and policies as well as all other standard terms and conditions of sale. A copy of the Rogers standard terms and conditions of sale is available upon request. Rogers Corporation will normally confirm orders within 24 hours. Availability of Standard Materials - All products shown within this list are considered standard materials. PORON Performance Cushioning materials are produced on a make to order basis. Off-the-shelf stock may be available for standard grades and thicknesses. Contact a Customer Service Representative for lead times. PORON materials are provided at the standard 1372 / 54 inch. Contact Customer Service for needs other than standard width. Typical Roll s are defined by product. Unless customers specifically request otherwise at time of order, manufacturer reserves the right to ship multiple rolls, including up to one (1) splice, to yield total length. Tolerances - tolerance of rolls shipped is +5%/-0% of ticketed length. tolerance of rolls tried is +25 / - 0 (+1.0/-0.0 inch.) Special notation is made after the width, U, for materials that are provided untried. Untried materials will be fractionally wider than the stated width. The stated width is the amount of good material charged for. The stated width is the standard offering; other widths such as 1117 (44 ) up to 1524 (60 ) and untried are available upon request. tolerance is ±10% of stated thickness. PORON Cushioning Rogers offers most PORON Cushioning Materials with Microban antimicrobial protection. An exclusive offering for comfort and cushioning applications, Rogers customers have the advantage of promoting this branded technology on product, promotions, etc. Please contact the Rogers Marketing Team for additional information on branding PORON Cushioning with Microban Technology. PORON Materials without Microban Technology are available but 464 m 2 / 5,000 ft 2 minimum order quantities may apply. Contact a Rogers Customer Service Representative for additional information. Surface Finishes - The standard surface finish for PORON Performance Cushioning is smooth. Custom surfaces such as Sueded (Buffed) are available on many formulations. Materials are subject to minimum order quantities, surcharges, and increased lead times. Buffing may not be available for all PORON Cushioning materials. Contact a Rogers Customer Service Representative for additional details. Direct Cast to Textile Capability Many PORON Cushioning materials are available direct cast to a polyester textile. Textile detail: Black - Polyester Interlock Fiber Content: 100% Polyester Fabric Weight: 3.0 oz / yd The minimum order quantity is 464m² (5,000 ft²). Lead time is an additional 8-10 weeks if textile is not in stock. Sample Policy - Standard sample size is 216 x 279 / 8.5 x 11 sheet (maximum 10) or.91m x 1.37m / 3 ft linear roll (maximum 2) per line item.
