FLEXIBLE DESIGN Nipro s converting machines offer you compact and intelligent designs that answer to space restrictions and grant easy access for operators. The innovative modular setup allows you to select individual modules from the loading area to the packaging unit according to your needs (breaking system, identification rings, printing). And the newly designed robotic auto-packing machine that ensures a fast and accurate packaging process. ENHANCED LIFETIME Nipro converting machines are known for their robustness. 5 AUTOMATIC GLASS TUBE LOADER Made of two loading support areas, the automatic loader works with pneumatic actuators responsible for separating, lifting, and inserting the glass tubing in the upper crown. Automation reduces glass-to-glass contact. HEATING REGULATION DEVICE 100% in-line camera inspection of the stem diameter after forming. With each turn, heating time is adapted based on real-time data. Achieves stable forming and stem diameters within narrow tolerances. MODULAR DESIGN Allows easy modification of the machine over time. Specific modules can be added or existing ones can be substituted (Modules such as: Closing Clamp, One Point Cut, Triple Rings, Vision Inspection system). AUTO-PACKING MACHINE Robotic technology ensures a fast and efficient packing, as well as a quick changeover. Adaptation requires only three screws to be repositioned and the necessary parameters entered via touch screen. Optimized packaging operations result in minimized supervision time by the operator. ACM VISION Precise 100% in-line dimensional camera inspection. Create graphs that display a real-time overview of the production status. Deviations are also visualized in real time and corrected by the operator. The number of rejected ampoules is kept at a minimum, thus productivity increases.
