5 Flexible enclosures tailored to requirements Enclosures are manufactured in stainless steel or in high grade galvanized steel. A lot of flexibility is needed to supply enclosures covering a wide range of applications and customer requirements, with differences in product as well as in logistics demands. Triax s manufacturing lines are designed to combine flexibility with the economic advantages of industrial and highly automated manufacturing. In flexible manufacturing cells we produce dozens of units with almost the same efficiency as thousands of units. Our coating plant individualizes surface treatment according to specifications agreed with each customer. With efficient logistics systems, including a computer controlled warehouse, we handle complex delivery schemes and ensure that you get the right product, at the right time and place. Our flexible manufacturing cells are designed for rational manufacturing of both dozens and thousands of units. Polyester coating is applied in a 10-step process and protects the enclosure with a perfect and strong surface.
