18 As TELCO Sees the Port near Arizona Mexico and the Sea of Cortez are in a unique position to be part of an exclusive world wide club of deep water ports. Sonora can have such an industrial mega port, with at least 65 feet ( about 20 Meters) of water depth. Sonora can join the club and be the third largest port in the world. 18
