2 Roger International Equipment & Services Pte Ltd was established in 2002 with the aim of venturing into worldwide sales and distribution of marine equipment and replacement parts with assured technical support, prompt delivery and after sales service. Despite our relatively short period in the airconditioning industry, the company had grown to become a widely recognized name in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) industry throughout the Southeast Asia region. The company serves major shipping companies, ship owner and ship management and contractors from Norway, Greece, USA, Canada and many others from the world. Our mission is to maintain the highest standard and quality of our products. We take pride in providing good services and strive for continuous improvements. The company had been assessed by AJA (Anglo Japanese Association) Registrars and is registered for BS EN ISO 9001:2000 in November We are also a proud member of the SASS (Singapore Association of Ship Suppliers), the ISSA (International Ship Suppliers Association) and the ICRA (International Compressor Remanufacturers Association). Mr. Roger Mo, the Managing Director, is well trained in all aspects of air conditioning and refrigeration system. He began his career in 1983 where he worked in a marine HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air conditioning) company, from an apprentice to a fully skilled certified refrigeration specialist. Throughout his career, he have dealt with all kinds of refrigeration compressor and their related problems. In the late 1990s, he decided to establish himself fully in refrigeration compressor activities. He went to USA and Japan and worked closely with a couple of local firms. During this period, besides acquiring the technique of remanufacturing reciprocating compressors, he also gained valuable experience on production flow. With the knowledge he acquired, he returned to Singapore and established Roger International and steered the company to what it is today. 2

3 Most of our customers made their first point of contact with Roger International by purchasing replacement parts for their compressors. From the initial enquiry, staffs from our sales department start by assisting our customers in choosing the correct parts, prepares quotation upon confirmation of order, right till the end by ensuring that the items are delivered promptly. Their task is only completed when our customers have received the items in perfect condition. Our staffs take pride in ensuring that all stock items are delivered immediately upon confirmation of order. All our replacement parts are brand new ones from the manufacturers. Commonly requested replacement parts include the following brand: Carrier, Carlye, Daikin, York, Sabroe, Stal etc. Most of our replacement parts are available exstock and are readily available for sale. We even offer the after-sales service of reserving 1 complete set of replacement parts for our customers who purchased compressor from us. This is to ensure that our customers will always have replacement parts in case of emergency. If a particular product requested by our customer has gone out of production, our staffs are able to offer professional advice on the best possible, cost-sensible replacement. We are able to aid our customers on all aspects of replacement parts issues, including engineering applications, model selection, and special delivery requirements. 3

4 DAIKIN C52/C58/C55/C75 Series DAIKIN HC52/HC58/HC55/HC75 Series Remanufacturing is the process whereby old parts which are still in good working condition are cleaned and repaired while those which are unserviceable are replaced with new ones. They are then reassembled to perfect working condition as per original manufacturer s specification, thus extending their product life. CARLYE 06D/06E Series Like recycling, remanufacturing saves natural resources, energy and most importantly, our environment. It also reduces the amount of labour required as compared to manufacturing new products. From the business point of view, it reduces costs incurred that would otherwise be used for other investments. ABB. STAL PK/P/UD Series Remanufactured compressors performs as efficiently as brand new ones but at a significantly lower cost. 5 CARRIER 5H/5F Series YORK JS/RS/F&H Series At Roger International, Our compressors are constructed with four principles in mind. They are Economical, Efficient, Reliable and Durable. To ensure that our compressors work as efficiently as new ones, all critical performance components are always replaced by new parts. The internal parts which are replaced are all brand new manufacturer replacement parts. COPELAND MR/9R/6R/4R/4D/6D Series Many people have the misconception that brand new products always perform better than replacement ones. However, contrary to the common belief, our compressors have never failed to perform in equivalence to their brand new counterparts. This is due to our strict manufacturing process at our workshop. TRANE 3E5/3F5/2E5/2F5 Series Our compressors are remanufactured to meet OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications. After the reassembly is completed, these compressors must pass our free-load testing before they are delivered to our customers. 7 Our compressors come with a complete package of after-sales services. These services provided for our valued customers will ensure that they would have minimal difficulties in installation, operation and maintenance of our compressors. The package includes: - Minimum Downtime - Standard 10,000 running hours limited warranty on our remanufactured compressors. - Free service and inspection visits by our engineers in Singapore when requested during warranty period. (Maximum of once every 3 mths) - 1 full set of replacement spare parts will be reserved for customers who procured our compressor in case of urgent requirements hr hotline for technical troubleshooting and related spare parts procurement. For compressors which are procured from us, the following additional benefits are offered for our customers: - 20% discount for the spare parts replacement within one year. - Our compressors to be overhauled within 3 years will be charged at low cost. - Low standard charges for installation and commissioning of the compressor. Visits to vessels for inspection Roger International aims to provide services which ensures that all our customers' needs are dealt with efficiently and in a way which consistently meets or exceeds their expectations and comply with all relevant rules and regulations.
