1 VCP Pavers UK- CAT Requirements Revision #: GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Please refer to the WWW specification sheet(s) for footwear construction and labeling information. Vendors must purchase all shoe boxes, hang tags and other packing materials from suppliers authorized by WWW. All supplier contact information will be provided to the vendor by Wolverine Global Operations. 2. UPC/SKU/PRICE LABELS 2.1 SHOE LABELS WWW SHOE LABELS supplied by Avery Dennison Apply WWW UPC labels as shown on document VCP section PAVERS SHOE LABELS supplied by CAT CS You will receive a self-adhesive tab label and a swing ticket (see figure 1 & 2) The tab label is to be attached to the upper half of the white side of the swing ticket Attach the swing tickets using a small loop tag to the RIGHT shoe only Areas for attachment are bottom eyelet, straps/tramlines, zips and gussets Where it is not possible to attach the swing tickets (i.e. in order not to puncture the leather) please attach the self-adhesive (without the swing tag) to the outsole of the RIGHT shoe. 2 2.2 SHOE BOX LABELS WWW SHOE BOX LABELS-supplied by Avery Dennison Apply WWW UPC labels as shown on document VCP section PAVERS SHOE BOX LABELS supplied by CAT CS An example of the shoe box label is shown below in figure 3 (at normal size) Attach the shoe box labels to the bottom right hand corner of the shoe box at the opposite end to the www shoe box label Ensure the box lid does not obscure the label in any way Figure 3 Approved by: Helen Lincoln Date: 23 rd July 13 Page 2

CARTON LABELS 3.1 WWW CARTON LABELS Please apply WWW carton labels (LPN s) as shown in document VCP section PAVERS CARTON LABEL supplied by the factory The vendor will be required to print outer carton labels as shown in figure 4 (bulk) and figure 5 (pre-pack) The carton label should be of white background printed in black text. The label should be A4 in size Carton labels should be affixed securely to one end of the carton To complete the carton labels use the following information - NAME use Name from the Pavers shoe label e.g. HP5OTHELLO - COLOUR use Color from the Pavers shoe label e.g. BLACK - SIZE and NO PAIRS - Qty by size and no of pairs to reflect carton contents as specified by the packing list. - CUSTOMER PO NUMBER supplied by CAT Customer Services/CPO - CARTON REFERENCE NO supplied by CAT Customer Services with the labels BULK PACK EXAMPLE OF CARTON LABEL Figure 4 Approved by: Helen Lincoln Date: 23 rd July 13 Page 3

Refer to General Requirements VCP for instructions on packing cartons. 4.2 PAVERS PACKING LIST To be printed and completed by factory as below and put inside each cartons (see figure 6): Pavers Purchase Order Nos supplied by CAT Customer Services Pavers style ref from pavers shoe/shoe box label i.e.hp5othello Your product ref CAT material no i.e. P Pavers colour from pavers shoe/shoe box label Your colour from CAT Purchase order Pairage/cartons Total of pairs and total of cartons.
