1 1. SCOPE It is the intent of the to purchase SEVEN (7) TRAILER MOUNTED, Sound Attenuated, six inch (6 ) BYPASS PUMPS (GODWIN CD150M or EQUAL). Pumps must be tested and delivered to the Fleet Facility ( Road Jacksonville, Florida 32209) in complete operational condition, with all required equipment and documentation by JUNE 1, Liquidated Damages ($30.00 Per Unit, Per Day) start JUNE 1, MODEL New, current model year production (2019 or 2020), six inch (6 ) High Volume, Medium Head, Large Solids Handling Bypass Pump with Integrated Fuel Tank and Retractable Hose Racks (72 HOUR CONTINUOUS RUN TIME). NOTE: All Units, Attachments, Products & Services must meet & comply with all applicable regulations and specifications including but not limited to Federal and State Laws, OSHA Regulations, ANSI Standards, DOT Regulations and ASTM Standards. 6 APPENDIX A: FLEET SERVICES: GENERAL VEHICLE PURCHASE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS (030-19) 1. SCOPE a. The purpose of this specification is to establish one or more contract(s) for purchase, repairs, modifications, and preventive maintenance and inspection units of units in attached Appendix A - Technical Specification. b. The quantities on the Bid Form(s) are only estimates and are not guarantees of the amount of business to be transacted. c. All dimensions specified will be considered minimum requirements unless otherwise stated. d. When manufacturer names are given, vendor must state equivalent, if different, for approval by Fleet Services. e. All products and services will comply with applicable regulations and specifications including but not limited to Federal and State laws, OSHA regulations, DOT regulations, ANSI standards, and ASTM standards. f. It is the policy of to proactively comply with all applicable FERC, FRCC, NERC and Florida PSC rules and regulations relating to electric system reliability, electric system transmission operations and electric market rules. 2. DELIVERY OF UNITS: ALL UNITS WILL BE DELIVERED TO THE FOLLOWING SITE UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN APPENDIX A TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS. Fleet Services Road Jacksonville, Florida a. Prior to painting, the entire module will be cleaned to remove grease and scale, prime coated with suitable primer and then finish coated with Industrial/Commercial Paint or Powder Coat. The entire unit will have the greater of the manufacturer warranty or one (1) year or as specified in the Appendix A Technical Specifications. b. All warranties will begin from the in-service date. The in-service date is defined as the date on which Fleet Services approves the invoice for payment.

7 5. DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTATION AND TRAINING a. Before the invoice may be approved for payment, all manuals and training materials must be delivered to Fleet Services. b. Vendor shall provide two (2) four (4) hour days instructing operational and maintenance personnel in the full operation and maintenance of the unit. c. Fleet Services will approve the invoice for payment only when all legal ownership and operational documents are received by Fleet Services and Fleet Services has confirmed that the unit meets specification.
