2 922 & 928 Series Cleanroom Conveyor The 922 and 928 series conveyor is a transport system designed for situation high reliability and flexibility, open-center design maximizes downward air flow to ensure cleanliness of the process and eliminates all types of electro static discharge requirement. It is highly affordable Clean Room Class 10 conveyor system with a variable and flexible length which requested by customer. It is typical application area in hard disc drive, semiconductor industries, pharmaceutical and precision optics industries. 3 GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS Transport speed up to 405 mm/s for 922 series conveyor and 465 mm/s for 928 series conveyor. Roller pitching approximately 30mm for 922 series and 43mm for 928 series. Clean room class 10 cleanliness. Approximately up to 4kgs maximum work piece weight for 928 series conveyor and 2kgs for 922 series conveyor. Roller material- Dissipative Urethane / Polymer. Sensor use in the conveyor is NPN type. EN treatment for conveyor aluminum Alu Profile. Each zone card are capable drive up to 6 motors. Dual thru beam sensor for each zone. Integrated Software Control Panel with RS232. Auto generate or manual change for zone ID.

Proper design zone card which enables multiple functions such as controlling speed and stopping accuracy and position. Low profile aluminum extrusions allows easy installation and maintenance with 'plug and play" concept. Each roller is driver by an Individual stepper motor drive. Tool free when changing zone card No Allen keys required for removing zone card. Easily adjustable sensor positions.
