RETAIL CUSTOMER LIMITED WARRANTY General Product Limited Warranty - Nikken offers a limited warrant on all of its products to retail customers of Independent Nikken Consultants. Nikken guarantees these products to be free from defects in workmanship, and each product carries its own limited warranty, as listed in the chart above. Nikken Consultants handle of-retail returns. If a retail customer of a Nikken Consultant receives or experiences a manufacturer defect during the limited warranty period for that product, the product should be returned to the Consultant for repair or replacement. Consultants may return the defective product after calling the Nikken Distributor Services Department to request and receive an RMA number. Nikken will be held harmless for any incurred charges. Compliance with these procedures is necessary to provide continued quality service and products to retail customers. 12 Guidelines General Information Autoship is a monthly standing order of Nikken products, specifically nutritional and other consumable items. Autoship requests will be processed as quickly as possible, usually within two business days. After the initial shipment has been sent, the monthly shipping date be determined and subsequent shipments will be sent on the same calendar day each month. The schedule for shipments is Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) during normal business hours. Shipment dates that fall on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will be processed on the previous business day Program Advantages As an Autoship participant, you will receive a 10% savings on Nikken nutritional and other select items on your product orders of 100PV or more. All PV is based on regular pricing. The discount is not available on packs or promotional pricing unless specified. This savings is only possible through your consistent participation in the Nikken Autoship Program; non-consumable orders are not available on Autoship and we encourage you to take advantage of other types of discount ordering, including Advanced mynikken (3% discount).
