3 STEP 1: Unwrap unit. And take the bolts 10mm and the nuts 13mm off of the crate. STEP 2: Remove box from crate. STEP 3: Remove cross bars above dash for easy access. Pg. 1

4 STEP 4: Remove card board and tire on passenger side of crate and remove the seats. STEP 5: Remove the wrap from the dash and remove the mud guards off the seats. STEP 6: Remove the push pins on the face of the dash with push pin puller Pg. 2

5 STEP 7: Remove Philips head screws from the back of the dash by the fire wall. STEP 8: Remove dash and place somewhere it will not be damaged. STEP 9: Remove the steering column cover with push pin removal tool. Pg. 3

6 STEP 10: Remove the two screws on the bottom of the steering column cover. STEP 11: Remove the ignition from the column. STEP 12: Remove the switches from the dash and take a picture of the numbers on the switches. Pg. 4

7 STEP 13: Remove the two screws on both sides of the cup holder. There is a 10mm nut on the back side of the dash. STEP 14: Remove the 4 push pins on the floor board connecting the dash. STEP 15: Remove the screws on the sides of the dash. They are located between the side of the dash and the frame. Pg. 5

8 STEP 16: Remove the push pins from the cup holder. Remove cup holder. STEP 17: Dash is ready to be removed. STEP 18: Pull dash up and out from passenger side and the driver side will pop out. Pull dash up and over the steering column. Pg. 6

9 STEP 19: Dash removed and set on worktable to have components removed and swapped to new dash. STEP 20: Tools required to remove component is. Philip s screw driver and a number 7mm socket. And a pair of pliers. Pg. 7

10 STEP 21: Glove compartment has 4 screws the need to be removed and reinstalled on the new dash. STEP 22: New dash has switches and lcd ad cover installed ready to plug and play. Just need to swap 4x4 switch ad winch plugs, push start, 12 volt source plug in. STEP 23: When installing new dash into the unit. You will have to cut right above the foot pedals to fit the new dash. Please drop dash down the floor backing plate and cut as seen in the photo. Pg. 8

11 STEP 24: After cutting the floor board. Please put the push pins in the appropriate places. Place screws with the nuts on the same places as before. STEP 25: Install the new style cup holder on the bottom side of the dash there is two holes. Please line up the holes with the fittings that are on the cup holder and place push pins in. Pg. 9

12 STEP 26: Plug in all the parts on the back of the dash display. And the new harness of the lcd screen is pulled back to the battery box side of the unit. STEP 27: Plug in the lights to appropriate spots. Then there is the led light that needs to be cut and connected to the wires that are provided for the led switch. STEP 28: In the picture provided. There is a group of wires. Two wires go to the battery black /red. There is a blue wire that is open. Please cut and tuck away. As well as the USB port. Pg. 10

13 STEP 29: As shown here. The battery box is all connected as well as the wires tucked away. STEP 30: Battery box cover. Cut a ¾ by ¾ hole in the left hand corner of the cover. And place the GPS puck in the hole. Reconnect the wires to the Gps puck. Pg. 11

14 TIPS When all complete and done with these step. The dash and push pins and screws can be reinstalled. Please be careful during install of this product. Please take pictures as you go for wire connections and placements of objects. When done with the process you can turn the machine on and the dash display will start. Please check all switches.
