4 How to create Barcode 1. Enter your TVSM Vendor Code 2. Enter your Supplier Portal Password to Log In Below Screen will be displayed when you enter to login credentials 3. Select the Plant by clicking on the radio button 4. Select MRP for generating Barcode for Parts in MRP User Supplier Manual Capacity - TradewithTVS Management Slide 4 of 28

5 Below Screen will be displayed when you select MRP radio button How to create Barcode MRP Parts 5. Enter the Invoice Details as mentioned in your Invoice 6. Enter the Quantity correctly as mentioned in your Invoice against the selected Part If Multiple parts to be selected, please select all the parts and enter the Invoice Quantity 9. On selecting Add in earlier screen, this Pop UP will be displayed to verify the details (Part No, Invoice Quantity) selected Ensure POP UP BLOCKER is enabled for this website TRADEWITHTVS.com in your Browser Setting. Because Barcode generation screen will open only when the Pop Up Blocker is open for this website 11. After completing verification of the details, - Select Yes to generate Barcode - Select No to go back previous screen 14. Attach this Printed Barcode along with the Invoice and send it to TVSM 13. Enter the Invoice Details as mentioned in your Invoice Don t use ASN Creation Screen in tradewithtvs.com after creating Barcode. Use only Barcode generation system It will duplicate the quantity. 4. Enter the Quantity correctly as mentioned in your Invoice against the selected Part 7. On entering all Details, select ADD to check & generate Barcode Don t use ASN Creation Screen in tradewithtvs.com after creating Barcode. 15 How to create Barcode JIT Parts How to select multiple line items to create Barcode 5. In the shown example, Line Item No 4 is entered to filter all the JIT calls open currently 3. Enter the Invoice Details as mentioned in your Invoice 4. Use the Filter Option to select the specific line item instead of scrolling down the entire list 6. Select the check box for the line item and enter the quantity details Part Nos with open JIT Call for the specific plant selected in previous screen will be displayed 7. 21 Checks & Controls Check is available to restrict Invoice Quantity entered more than the JIT Quantity In the shown example, JIT Quantity is 140. Invoice Quantity is 145. Invoice Quantity should be same as JIT Quantity If Invoice Quantity is entered more than the JIT Quantity, this POP UP message will be displayed - Click Ok and enter the valid Invoice Quantity and generate Barcode - For multiple JIT Calls of same part number dispatched in single invoice, select all the JIT Call numbers and update the Invoice Quantity User Supplier Manual Capacity - TradewithTVS Management Slide 21 of 28

22 Checks & Controls Check is available to enable FIFO in JIT Calls In the shown example, 5 JIT Calls open for same Part. The Selected JIT Call is the latest one at AM, where as Old JIT Call is open from 8.24AM. If Invoice Quantity is entered more than the JIT Quantity, this POP UP message will be displayed - Click Ok and enter the valid Invoice Quantity and generate Barcode - For multiple JIT Calls of same part number dispatched in single invoice, select all the JIT Call numbers and update the Invoice Quantity User Supplier Manual Capacity - TradewithTVS Management Slide 22 of 28
