1 Bank invites applications from competent agencies for Supply, Installation, of External Back-lit and Front Lit translucent vinyl cut-graphics signage at their New Office Building (Having B+G+7 upper floors,height approximately 38 mts )at V-23,Vibhuti Khand Gomti Nagar Lucknow [12 separate signage aggregating to sq ft] SELECTION CRITERIA OF AGENCIES CARRYING OUT THE WORK OF SIGNAGES FOR OUR NEW Office Building at V-23,Vibhuti Khand Gomti Nagar Lucknow Bank Of Baroda invites applications from experienced, reputed and competent Companies for Supply & Installation of external Back-lit and Front Lit vinyl cutgraphics signage at their New at V-23,Vibhuti Khand Gomti Nagar Lucknow on or before [12 separate signage aggregating to 1861 sq ft approx.] Description of Works: Supply and installation of external signage on the building façade at 4 sides for the matter provided by the Bank. Eligibility: Average Annual financial turnover of the firm during the last 3- years, ending be at least Rs 3.00 Lacs supported with audited balance sheets. Experience of having successfully completed similar* jobs i.e. Supply and installation of signage for buildings of organizations / banks of repute during last 7- years (as on , should be either of the following: a. Three similar* completed works each costing not less than Rs.4.00 lakhs OR b. Two similar* completed works each costing not less than Rs.5.00lakhs OR c. One similar* completed work costing not less than Rs.8.00 lakhs Having sufficient number of experienced personnel, plotter, cutter, trained application staff, glass table, welding & riveting machines, trained fabricators and electricians, technical know-how, and other resources, to complete the project well in time with superior quality of materials & workmanship as per standard specifications. Applications by those firms who do not submit Performance Certificates from their previous employers are liable to be summarily rejected. Submission of Bids: The applications should be accompanied with a Pay order of Rs. 20,000/- (being amt of EMD) favoring Bank of Baroda from any scheduled Bank (envelop II). The interested companies may submit their application cum Bid, in 3 sealed envelops should clearly write Envelop 1 Technical Bid which shall contain the relevant evidence of their credentials, along with details of work supplied and installed & copy of self

2 attested work order & Performance Certificate of the works executed in the past. Envelop II EMD (Rs20,000) Envelop III Price Bid Envelop 1, 2 & 3 of the tender duly filled in and signed should be submitted in 3 separate sealed covers. The bidder should clearly write Tender for Supply & Installation of External Signage at new Corporate Office building on each envelop. All the 3 envelops should be placed in another single cover and superscripted Tender for Supply & Installation of External Signage at new Office building V-23,Vibhuti Khand Gomti Nagar Lucknow should reach the office of Gen. Manager,Bank of Baroda, Zonal Office,45,Hazarat Ganj Lucknow on or before at hrs which will be opened on the same day. 1. 4 Signature with seal and date Warranty The converter should provide a comprehensive warranty from the manufacturer of the translucent vinyl on completion of work, duly signed by converter and manufacturer. The warranty must cover the entire signage, including adhesives. Warranty should be against a. Fungus or Mildew formation, b] vinyl peeloff, fading, shrinkage, cracking and crazing etc. The signage should be 100% warranted against any product failure [as mentioned above] in the Sign Fascia for a period of 5 years. Contractor has to provide guarantee for tubes,chokes and timer for 1 year from the date of installation. All the vendors are advised to visit the site, check the locations to ensure proper SITC of the signage taking care of all the safety measures required for successful completion of work. Insurance Arrangement of gondola, trolley from the terrace, other accessories etc required shall be arranged by the vendor and insurance of the persons involved in the process shall be taken care of by the vendor. Approval of Material The prospective vendor has invariably to get the material approved by Bank engineer/officers before final execution. Completion of Work -Within 30 days from the work order.1% penalty per week (LD ) subject to maximum 5% of tender amount, will be levied for any delay in Installation and Commissioning of signage. Retention Money Retention amount shall be 5% of the contract value which will be released after 1 year [ 1 year DLP ] any rectification required to be done, within the period shall be taken care of by the vendor. If they fail to do so then the work shall be carried out at their risk and cost within the retention amount. Bank may choose to put up any one or few of the signage mentioned in this tender document. This is the reason for seeking the separate quotes for each of the signage. However, Bank may choose one contractor to install all the signage as per requirement of Bank. Bank reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. Bank has right to increase or decrease the quantity. Delivery period will be within one month from the date of written order. Matters of dispute: Any dispute arising from this Contract shall be within jurisdiction of Lucknow Court Moblisation Advance Bank will not make advance for the work.

5 Rates Quoted rates should be inclusive of all taxes,charges etc required to be incurred for complete installation of signages.

Supply and installation directional sign boards at total cost estimated at Rs Lakhs. 2. Only the firms meeting the following minimum criteria are eligible to apply:- a) The company / firms must have satisfactorily executed atleast 1 similar job (costing Minimum Rs Lakhs ). b) The company should have sufficient setup for installing & operational facilities. 3. The applications should be accompanied with a Pay order of Rs. 5,000/- (EMD)favoring Bank of Baroda from any scheduled Bank (Envelop II). 4. Only Laiser cutting and holes for screw 16x6 Inches 20x8 350 inches Subject to be written shall be provided by the Bank on actual implementation. Total Total Cost in Rs Terms & Conditions 1. Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all the taxes, labour, transportation & installation charges etc. 2. Bank will deduct the applicable taxes and charges from the bill. 3. Retention 5% of the contract value will be retained for a period of 3 months. 4.
