2 MY APPROACH IS DIFFERENT! I don't see myself as the one to simply leave you with a good presentation. I'll come back later and help you to implement the ideas shown in the presentation! For you this means a noticeable relief. My interest is the success of your project. I'd be pleased to work together with you to create a new concept for your logistics. However before I can evaluate your current process, I need to understand the whole situation in order to create a holistic concept. Get to know me and my holistic "consultation approach" with the slogan: "Making ideas reality". Let s get started on a small project together. I d be happy to hear from you. LET S GET STARTED... These concepts need to be realistic (realisable), sustainable, based on your situation and suitable to you. The economic feasibility of the whole process is priority. Aspects of change management are included in the realisation of your project. This is where I put my international and inter-cultural experience into practice.

5 PREVIOUS PROJECTS IN MANEGERIAL AND RESPONSIBLE FUNCTION SAP Roll-Out / Internal consultant Scope of task Recording of current processes Comparison of the standard internal processes and SAP customising Suggestion of necessary changes Customising in WM and MM Training & Documentation Introduction of 2-bin kanban Results 2-bin kanban in assembly and warehouse Take pressure off Planning Shift of operative responsibility from Purchasing / Planning to Logistics Introduction of logistics controlling Results Process costs in logistics Form for evaluating changes Segmentation of material numbers and clustering of movements Warehouse expansion Search for external capacities Contract conditions Integration into internal processes SAP training Change supplier processes to a new delivery structure Development of a "small warehouse management in SAP" Problem & Result Problem = Fixed bin solution is not sufficient; WMS is too complex Result = A window is displayed with the warehouse locations for each booking. These are processed in an individual z-tables logic. Therefore several locations are possible for each article. FiFo is possible using the goods receipt booking system. A comparison between the stocks in the z-environment and in MM takes place. Simplification of the SAP intercompany processes Examples Specification of fixed bin at reception warehouse already on pick label at delivering factory New incoming goods transaction which covers delivery note data for incoming goods Introduction of warehouse control station (together with paperless picking) Recording of logistics and production requirements Implementation of requirements in SAP using corresponding tables and programming logic

6 PREVIOUS PROJECTS Introduction of paperless commissioning Targets Better control of order picker Optimised pick procedure Online inventory record keeping Stock-take support Warehouse move (Operation of previous warehouse until 30 September; delivery to new warehouse on 1 October; 2 different non-neighbouring countries in Europe) Determination of stock which is no longer required in the old warehouse and transfer to the new warehouse. Division of the "necessary" stock into a quantity which needs to stay and the part which can be transferred to the new warehouse. Organisation of the additional personnel, warehouse and transport capacities Comparison of the quantities with the forecast (for the new site) in order to procure the differences from purchasing. Review of applied SAP transactions, stock movement and processes of a medium-sized metal processing company Recording of the logistics processes in the warehouse with a focus on the applied SAP transactions using a previously completed form Preparation of a "process map" Deduction of recommendations from observations Development of a performance measurement system to measure productivity and planning in the logistics of a manufacturer of gear parts Determination of the required performance metrics Recording of the existing performance metrics Development of requests in standard ERP, creation of new queries and master Excel files for reporting Outsourcing Task areas on the part of the client Lead / start-up Transition to stable operation Reporting Invoice verification Change request

7 PREVIOUS PROJECTS Determination of the warehouse processes and reorganisation possibilities with a sub-contractor in the vehicle industry Observation of the actual warehouse processes and transfer of the "movements" to the company layout. Description of the warehouse (type, occupancy, utilisation) Comparison of the level of utilisation of the possibilities in the warehouse management with the actual utilisation Development of first reorganisation possibilities Reorganisation project The client operates (worldwide) in the canteen kitchen and catering equipment industry. The reorganisation involved the secondary warehouse, in which certain gastro-equipment articles are kitted. Problem: Lots of time is often spent searching for the goods or requesting them from the main warehouse. The organisation of goods was unclear. The actual stock did not match the stock stated in the computer system. The required replenishments were therefore not recognised nor ordered on time. Conclusion A transparency of stock, process security, reduction of process time and planning security based on reliable warehouse organisation and material replenishment have been implemented.
