2 PAGE 2 New set-up AGAX / DUNKRUS service SSL North Europe wants to inform you of two updates for our Dunkrus/Agax Service: 1. The addition of Algeciras call on New Agax as from Stefan Sibum (ETA AGS 04/05/17). Both loops (Agax & Dunkrus) will now call Algeciras and propose new direct connections: Southbound from Portsmouth/Dunkirk/Antwerp/Rotterdam to Algeciras (Rotterdam/Le Havre/Rouen- Algeciras that already existed will remain) Northbound from Algeciras to Rotterdam/Le Havre/Rouen (Algeciras- Portsmouth/Dunkirk/Rotterdam/Antwerp that already existed will remain) We can now offer 2 weekly connections Rotterdam- Algeciras and v/v. For shipments to Agadir, please book this cargo via ESALG on our Agax New Service. 2. The change of terminal in Antwerp from PSA 420 to Antwerp Gateway 1700 as from Henneke Rambow (ETA ANT 05/05/07). 3 PAGE 3 Nemo Service Australia Kindly take good note of the following change regarding our Nemo service from Antwerp with transhipment in Le Havre. All vessels will now call Le Havre at Quai de l Atlantique, this to connect on direct NEMO service. The only adjustment we have is the export terminal in Antwerp, this will be TERMINAL Above information will be clearly advised on our booking confirmation. Philippe Kegels Indian Service Tax In continuation with our earlier instructions on the subject matter the Ministry of Finance, Government of India has made Indian consignee (importer) responsible for discharge of Service Tax with effect from 23-April In view of above notification, CMA CGM offices should not charge or collect Indian Service Tax from customers for BLs dated on or after 23-April For further information please do not hesitate to contact us. 9 PAGE 9 Montreal (Quebec) Spring Thaw Zone 1 ending Friday April 28 th The annual Montreal (Quebec) Spring Thaw period will be coming to an end next Friday April 28th for local Zone 1 area. Zone 1 represents the vast majority of our local Door haulage points, including our line-haul transit lane to Toronto. Thus, a return to normal weight limits for local deliveries is applicable again as from Monday May 1st transports. Herewith weight limits refresher: Canada Weight Limits Thaw periods remain in effect for Zones 2 & 3. We will action as such shipments arrive.
