2 The separate sealed cover envelops should boldly super scribe 1) TENDER BID FOR PURCHASE OF BANKS MAHINDERA JEEP IN AUCTION 2) TENDER BID FOR PURCHASE OF BANKS MAHINDERA MARSHAL IN AUCTION 3) TENDER BID FOR PURCHASE OF BANKS MAHINDERA MARSHAL IN AUCTION and it must reach to General Manager, Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank, Head Office, Sharma Complex, Kalambagh Chowk, Muzaffarpur, Bihar up to till 5 p,m,. Any Bids received thereafter will not be entertained. The Bids will be opened on at 3 pm at Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank, Head Office, Muzaffarpur, Bihar in presence of Bidders / their Representatives, Applicant will be given seven days time for making full payment after competing in the above bid. The vehicle will be delivered to the highest bidder within three days on his obtaining NOC as per Form 28 from RTO authorities,for getting the vehicle registered at his place of choice the Bank will extend full cooperation by way of giving the required letter /certificate for obtaining NOC while the responsibility and the expenses will be solely of the purchaser Bank will be discharged from its any liability against the vehicle from the date of sale. Purchaser has to get the vehicle transferred /registered in his name within one month from the date of NOC as per MV Act ; The refundable deposit will be refunded only on production of the proof (copy of RC with due endorsements) of having the vehicle transferred in the name of purchaser, All charges expenditure for transfer/registration of the vehicle will be borne by the purchaser, Failure to make full payment within 7 days from the date of intimation to the successful bidder,bank will forefeit tender deposits. No further correspondence will be entertained in this regard, In case of any dispute jurisdiction will be restricted to Muzaffarpur, Bihar state only.
