Visualy inspect delivering product for damage or leaks. 3. Sample taken and product verified through lab analysis. 4. Verify that all information on receiving paperwork match product. 2 Blending Tanks Sanitized Lines from storage tank to blending tank for 15 minutes 3 Blending And Food Additives Water Added Compressed Air 1 Coalescing Filter.01 Micron 1 Particulate Filter 1.0 Micron 1.Sample taken for lab analysis 2.Water testing done quarterly (Ecoli and Coliform) 3. Air filters checked according to preventive maintenance schedule 4.Food grade (H1) chemicals only used. Results are verified by appropriate lab analysis. 5 Filtration 1.Line sanitized from tank to fillers. We double filter all batches. 6 Container Filling 1.Containers visually checked following inspection sheet requirements (cleanleness,damage,smell etc.and documented on fillers sheet. 2.Tankers checked for seal numbers and must match wash ticket, 3.Tankers must know previouse product and be on kosher sheet.3.visually inspect outer apperance and inside of tanker for odors excess water and any foriegn matter.. This is documented on inspection sheet. 4.Individual containers sealed after filling and staged for sampling. 7 Micro Testing 1.Samples taken during filling to test micro.2. Stage for next day in lab area resample and inspect for integrety of products and replated for micro. 8 Product Out Tankers & Railcar Container 1.Inspection of tanker, or railcar. 2.Check wash ticket (washed within 48 hrs.) and seals on tanker must match wash ticket and documented on shipping inspection check off sheet. 3.Prior product documented (tanker and railcar) and kosher certified. 3.Steam load out lines for 15 minutes 4.Seals put in place and documented 1. Inspection of container for holes, contamination, insectcide and odor ect. 2. loader checks integrity of container finsished product using the Truck Inspection Report form.
