Please find attached some photos to elaborate more: - It blocks the view from our Patio. - Very close to our fence only 0.61m away minimum of 1.2m is required by City of Vaughan and its 3.75m and should be maximum of 2.5m - Any snow, liquid from the Cabana will fall on our grass. - Takes privacy away from our guests while enjoying time on patio. - Could possibly affect value of house our backyard felt and looked much better before the cabana and I believe if its within the required high it shouldn't be a problem.
