The new billing reporting will give us: A more accurate picture on the activity and business development between members Payment term patterns and most importantly, early warnings of eventual problems and the ability to take action much sooner Our aim is also to provide our members with a very effective tool to improve visibility, productivity and efficiency for the management of their receivables and eventual dispute resolutions Reporting is mandatory, more so, it is imperative that all members make full use of all features to optimize their overall financial risk management procedures within the Network.

15 IFLN Programs & Services IFLN Express Platform In response to the rapid e-commerce market growth and the important increase of low weight airfreight shipments converted by the integrators to door-to-door express or economy services, we have launched the IFLN Express Platform. The platform will enable members to manage from A to Z large volume express packages, courier and postal services with multiple choices in terms of pricing, services and providers No burden of costly operational costs Ability to sell express services and broaden your sales portfolio to existing and potential new clients Excellent tool for your airfreight operations to compare integrators door-to-door customcleared rates against a traditional air freight shipment

16 Industry Trends Some trade routes are becoming more and more competitive with overcapacity and low fuel cost drops in airfreight and ocean freight costs; therefore, more competition and lower yields Important necessity for logistics companies to stay on top of new technology to improve efficiency, visibility and data analyzes to better manage their company and serve their customers Important decline in projects linked to oil and gas Project cargo is becoming a more competitive market with more players coming in and clients being more price driven and dumping more liability and risk coverage on to the freight forwarders Significant growth in e-commerce (20% worldwide average growth) Integrators increasing competition for higher airfreight and LTL weight break. Freight forwarding and contract logistics continue to grow As an alternative to M&A, more logistic companies are inclined to look for partnerships and alliances
