1 UPS Shipping Manager Pro for Magento 2.x

UPS Shipping Manager Pro module is developed based on UPS Shipping API and Pickup API. The extension allows: Create UPS Shipping Labels and Pickup Schedule using your own UPS Account Credentials; Create UPS Shipping Labels in Fully Automatic Mode - labels create when order submitted; Create UPS Shipping Labels in Bulk mode - bulk creation from Orders' page by one click; Create UPS Shipping Labels in Manual mode - create manually Shipments and Labels; Create UPS Shipping Labels and Pickups in Test Mode and in Real Mode (billable Labels and Pickups); Create and print UPS Shipping Labels, even if UPS shipping is disabled in your Magento System and you use Flat Rates or Table Rates for Customers; Fill Address Book - create up to 10 addresses for Shipper and Ship From; Generate UPS Shipping Labels for every Shipment, use Multi shipment and Multi packages, store and delete generated Shipping Labels in your Magento System; Automatically create Packages to every product in an order (if set in Configuration); Automatically insert Tracking Number into the Shipping Information block of the Shipment and send it to customer ; Save the cost of shipment (created UPS shipping label) in the shipment's table; Customize for each label a lot of parameters, including: UPS Shipping Method, Packaging conditions, Shipment Description, mark Shipment as Residential or Commerce; products attributes; Create Return Labels by Customer (from customer's account) and by Admin (from Credit Memo). Printing of Return label is only possible from ups.com by latest UPS requirements. Create Return Labels by Admin automatically, simultaneously with the Forward Labels; Set Weight and Dimensions of your shipments: you can use weight and dimensions of each product (by attributes) or create up to 10 given sizes Boxes for automatic label creation. After you customize Boxes our module selects the required Box for current shipment automatically; Use Negotiated Rates, COD, set Duty and Taxes and some other settings (see detailed in Configuration); Printing COD Turn-in Copy documents from the Order grid page with shipping labels; Set Quantum View Notification option; Print Shipping Labels as GIF, HTML and PDF documents, allows printing adjustments; Print UPS Shipping Labels by Thermal printer;

3 Use Bulk Printing - you select a few orders and then create PDF file with all shipping labels of these orders (these orders should be already with created labels); Bill Shipment to Third Party Payer; Create Third Party Payers if it required; Create Pickup Schedule if it required; Create, edit and cancel Pickups; Fully supports Multi store functions; Note: The extension cannot create labels for Dangerous Goods (this is not supported by UPS Shipping API). System Requirements: CURL: version should be no less than PHP: version should be no less than 7.0 Open SSl: version no less than You need to use Protocol TLSv1.2 License: Single Domain License: you can use this extension only on one domain, ie. on one Magento installation.

4 After Installation You Have to Configure the Extension: Go to Stores -> Configuration -> left menu column -> Sales -> UPS Labels

5 You have to fill at least one Address and use it for Shipper and Ship From at "Default Shipping settings" block. Other settings we set up the most frequently used values. But, please, look all of them and change according to your needs. Your UPS Account Credentials: Access License Number *, User Id *, Please note that when using the UPS APIs the user ID can be case sensitive. The user ID becomes case sensitive when requesting negotiated rates and voiding shipments. Password *, Shipper Number * Please, fill these fields with your UPS Account info. Be sure, that UPS supports Shipping API in your country (check this information in country list). Test Mode (Yes, No) - please, use only "Test Mode=Yes" before you ready to create real billable labels in production mode. As soon as you will be ready - turn into "Test Mode=No". Our recommendation is to set all configuration required information and try to create UPS label in Test mode to prevent errors with wrong settings and so on.

6 Default Packaging Settings: Packaging Type Code * - you should choose the more appropriate packaging type for your shipment. Packaging Description *, Packaging Reference Number Code 1, Packaging Reference Number Value 1, Bar Code, Packaging Reference Number Code 2, Packaging Reference Number Value 2, Bar Code 2 Create packages for each Product in an Order? - manage quantity of packages, depending on quantity of products in an Order. This option can be used for Automatic label creation. Create packages by product attribute? - allows manage packages by special product attribute. You have to create special attribute, which determines quantity of packages for this product. Then, select this attribute from the "Attribute" drop-down list. Attribute - select product attribute, required for package at current shipment. You may fill Packaging Reference Number Value 1 and Packaging Reference Number Value 1 with information that will be displayed under the barcode at the labels; our module allows adding the macro paste to these fields, for example Order_Id #order_id# or #sku#. Packaging Reference Number Code (1, 2) - this code should contain 2 numeric, for example "02". You can activate Bar Code and Bar Code 2 if it required for your shipments.

7 Default Shipping Settings: Default Shipping Method for Domestic; Default Shipping Method for International - choose the shipping methods which be used by default for Domestic and International shipments. These shipping methods will be used during bulk and automatic label creation;

8 Use the Compliance of Methods - on the separate page you can make couples of compliance: UPS Service (UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, etc.) will be used automatically if customer choose one of free shipping methods in checkout (Flat Rate, Free Shipping, etc.); each time when customer will choose the Flat Rate or Free Shipping method - our module will add one of UPS shipping methods that admin linked with one of these free shipping method automatically each time when customer selected it in checkout: Shipping description - select required value of Shipment Description from the list: - Customer Name + Order ID, - Only Customer Name, - Only Order ID, - Custom value - if you choose this type of description - additional field Description custom value will be added under this field; - Nothing. The value of these fields will be displayed at the label. Description custom value - this field will be appeared only in case if you choose "Custom value" for previous "Shipping description" drop-down menu. Please fill short description here if required, this value will be displayed at the label. You shouldn t exceed 30 symbols for this field; Default Shipper address * - here displayed the list of all addresses that you filled in Address blocks that have active status. Please select the required title of address that will use as Shipper address by default; Default Ship from address * - here displayed the list of all addresses that you filled in Address blocks that have active status. Please select the required title of address that will use as Shipper address by default; Validate Address: - If "Yes" - UPS validates Ship To address up to street level; - If "No" - UPS validates Ship To address more rougher: only at region level (only Postal Code/State combination validation would still be performed);

9 Add tracking number automatically? - activate this option if you want to add Tracking Number to shipment information automatically; also tracking number information will be added to confirmation ; Saturday Delivery - you can enable Saturday Delivery service if required; Movement Reference number - fill the number if you have a shipment over 1000 to third countries. This option will be also use for automatic mode. This number should look like this example - 17DE E9; Movement Reference number min price - fill the min price value for using this option. Return Labels: Printing "Return label" by customer? - this function allows customer create return label from his / her account and get the link for printing at ups.com. According to latest updates in UPS requirements there is no opportunity to print UPS return label from customer account how it was possible previously. Our module provides link "Print return label" that redirected to ups.com where customer can print return label or ed it to print later; Refund - if you activate this option - you have an opportunity to allow customer make Refund from his/her account at front side; Create return label by default - if you activate this option - you will have an opportunity to create Return Label automatically, simultaneously with forward label; Order amount for default return label, from - fill minimum order sum total when Return Label will be created automatically (only if you activated previous option); Default shipping method for return labels - select required shipping method for Return Labels that will be used by default; Service code - here please select the required code for return label. According to latest updates in UPS requirements there is no opportunity to print UPS return label from admin. Our module provides link that redirected to ups.com where it will ask if they would like to print the label or it to them to print later. It hasn't displayed in admin like image or PDF anymore.

10 Weight & Dimensions: Weight units - select LBS or KGS as default weight units. Pay attention to "Note" that you can find below; Default weight - fill the default weight especially in case if you are not sure that all products have weight; Pack weight - fill default weight of package, if it was not included in products weight; Default unit of dimensions - select units of dimensions measurement; Attribute for product width (Attribute for product height, Attribute for product length) - before you choose the appropriate attributes from Attributes list - please create it and fill for all your products. This information helps our module to choose the required Box for your products. If you filled attributes for all your products - our module will use the required Box by these dimensions for each shipment during automatic, manual and bulk label creation mode. Note: A shipment cannot have a kg/in or lbs/cm or ozs/cm as its unit of measurements. Default weight can t be less than 0,1 and can be divisional. The unit of measurement is determined by the country of the SHIPPER. Dimensions in Configuration should be the same as dimensions of the products in magento.

11 Rates & Payments: Payer - please choose who will pay for shipments: Shipper or one of Third Party Shippers; Default Currency code - fill currency code that should be used by default; Duty and Tax charges - select the required type for paying Duty and Taxes: - shipper pays transportation fees and receiver pays Duty and Taxes; - shipper pays both transportation fees and Duty and Taxes. Negotiated Rates - special contract prices for UPS clients; you can activate this option if you have contract with UPS on negotiated rates; COD (default) - you can activate this option by default. Please find more detailed information about COD option below: When creating a COD shipment for EU origin countries the shipper's account type must be a Daily Pickup or Drop Shipping. The COD option is available with the Shipping APIs on two levels, each depending on the situation of the shipment. The Package Service Options/COD is available for forward shipments for domestic United States, domestic Canada, to and from the United States and Canada, to and from the United States and Puerto Rico. The Shipment Service Options/COD is only available for EU origin countries and for shipper's account type Daily Pickup and Drop Shipping. COD is not allowed for package Letter/Envelope and is not valid with return service. The value for the COD option needs to consist of the amount of funds you require the driver to obtain prior to releasing the package to the receiver. The UPS Developer APIs do not have the ability to automatically apply shipping charges to the COD amount; you would need to manually add the shipping charge to your value. Add shipping cost to COD - activate it if you need allow customer to pay also for delivery;

12 Additional Handling - previously our module has added an Additional Handling price to shipping price. Now we separate the Additional Handling price from total shipping price and give the customer an opportunity to operate this function; Adding Insured Value automatically - please operate of "Insured Value" option by adding it automatically or not. There is an opportunity to edit "Insured value" in special field at Shipment setting page (this page appears before label creation). If you select YES in Configuration options - the extension will add Insured Value automatically. (but still have 'Insured Value' field auto populated based on order total under COD monetary value field at "Shipment setting page"). This will give you the option to adjust that value slightly if it required. If you select NO in Configuration options - in Shipment setting page will appear new input field exactly below "COD monetary value" field - where admin can edit the insured value by himself. (you can use 0 as default meaning). Send Invoice Line Total (for shipments from US to Canada and PR only) The Invoice Line Total is "Customs Value". As UPS said, this value is summary of cost of all products in invoice without tax and shipping, so it is "Subtotal" of an order. The module sends with this parameter - the Subtotal value as Invoice Line Total only for Canada and PR shipments. Carbon neutral - UPS Carbon Neutral offers the option to offset the carbon emissions associated with the transportation of your shipment. This service is offered to shippers in certain countries. You can choose it if required. Quantum View Notification:

13 Quantum View Manage gives you a comprehensive look at every aspect of your shipping activity, online-- right from your desk. This is a rapid notification about changes in your shipment's status. You select the e- mail addresses and the events (Ship, Exception, or Delivery). You or your customer will be notified when any one of those three events occur, reducing "where is my order phone calls. Your customer service agents can be automatically made aware of shipments which may be delayed. At the same time, your Accounting department will know when the shipment has been delivered so that they can invoice your customer. Quantum View Notification Enable - here you can activate this option; Notification Code - this option allows choosing the required Notification code for your shipping: Return Notification or Label Creation Notification, QV In-transit Notification, QV Ship Notification, QV Exception Notification, QV Delivery Notification Shipper - you should fill the of shipper; Notification Lang - you can select the code of language if required; Delivery Confirmation UPS will provide you with evidence of delivery in your choice of these options: - Delivery Confirmation: UPS will mail you a confirmation of delivery without a signature. - Signature Required: UPS will obtain the recipient's signature and provide you with a printed copy. You may also view the recipient's signature online. - Adult Signature Required: UPS will obtain the adult recipient's signature and provide you with a printed copy. Adult recipients must be at least 21. You may also view the adult recipient's signature online. - USPS delivery confirmation: Delivery Confirmation service lets you find out the date and time your First-Class Mail parcel, Priority Mail item, or Package Services parcel was delivered or, if delivery was attempted but not successful, the date and time of the delivery attempt. Please choose the Delivery Confirmation type the most suitable for your shipment.

14 Printing Settings: Printing EPLII: Printing PDF:

15 Printing ZPL: Print type: - Image and PDF - EPL2 - SPL - ZPL - STAR Select label format for printing. ZPL, EPL2 - special formats for thermal printers. You can print these formats by thermal printer, directly connected to your computer by USB. You have to enter your printer name (strongly as it named in Printings Settings of your computer). To print ZPL, EPL2 labels by thermal printer you have to install on your computer free plugin (2.0 v.): With this plugin you enable to print via any connection. Automatic printing of ZPL, EPL2 labels by thermal printer is possibly only via Internet. The major condition: your printer should have an external IP and Port. Bulk printing: select what labels will be printed during bulk printing in Order grid: - All labels, - Unprinted labels only Paper size - A4: label will be printed horizontally on the bottom of A4 paper, - A5: label will be fitted on all A5 paper, - Custom: admin can fill the required width in pixels.

16 Pickup Options: Close Time * - closing time of your company office where UPS have to pick up the package; Ready Time * - opening time of your company office where UPS have to pick up the package; Pickup Date Year * - specify the default year when it is necessary to pick up the package; Pickup Date Month * - enter the default month data of pickup;

17 Pickup Date Day * - you may indicate the default planned pickup date; Alternate Address Indicator * - this indicator allows choosing the appropriate address for pickup: - Original pickup address, - Alternative pickup address Service Code * - please, select the required Service code for UPS shipping method which you use; Quantity * - please indicate the quantity of packages; Destination Country * - you should choose the destination country; Container Code * Package, UPS letter, Pallet Weight - you should enter the total weight of packages; Unit Of Measurement - you should choose the unit of measurement LBS or KGS; Overweight Indicator - indicates whether or not at least one package is over 70 lbs or 32 kg; Payment Method * For countries and (or) zip codes where pickup is free of charge, please submit 00, means no payment needed as payment method. If 01 is the payment method, then Shipper Account Number and Shipper Account Country Code must be provided. If 03 is selected, then Credit Card information should be provided. If 04 is selected, then the shipper agreed to pay for the pickup packages. If 05 is selected, then the shipper will pay for the pickup with a check or money order; Special Instruction - special handling instruction from the customer ( length); Reference Number - information entered by a customer for internal reference ( length); Notification Enable - you can choose to receive or not notifications when your requests are approved or denied by administrators; Confirmation Address - addresses to confirm the pickup. No more than five addresses are allowed. s should be separated by commas; Undeliverable Address - address to use when the Confirmation Address is not reachable.

18 Addresses (1 to 10): Address 1, Address 2,... Address 10 You can create up to 10 addresses and use one of them for Default Shipper address. Please fill the valid full address - it save your time during label creation. You can activate required Address blocks and in this case the title of these addresses will display at Default Shipper address for Default Ship from address drop-down menus.

19 Boxes: Box 1,... Box 10 You can create up to 10 boxes and use them during automatically and manual label creation for different orders/products. Our module will select the most appropriate of boxes for current shipment according to the product dimensions. Before you try to use Boxes automatically - please check if you created and filled dimensions attributes for all your products. Using of Boxes: 1. Automatic mode. Boxes are used if admin activated them and if dimensions attributes are created and filled for all products. 2. Manual mode: - admin can create the required amount of packages just before label creation at Shipment settings page; - admin can use option from Default package settings block - "Create package for each product in the order"; - if admin activated Boxes and filled all required attribute - the appropriate amount of boxes for current shipment will displayed at Shipment settings page automatically; 3. Bulk mode. Boxes are used if dimensions attributes of products are filled and boxes are activated.

20 International Paperless Invoice: If "Yes" - all next fields are mandatory; International Comments you can use this field for default comments; Reason for export - SALE, GIGT, SAMPLE, RETURN, REPAIR, INTERCOMPANYDATA values are available; Sold to - here you can make a choice between Shipper and Customer. If you choose Shipper - our module will send shipper address as Sold to address in request to UPS. International Terms of Shipment - select value from drop-down list; International Unit of Measurement - select value from drop-down list;

21 Product Commodity attribute id - enter id of product's attribute, which contains Commodity Code of the product; Default Product Description - enter here default text; if empty, Product Name will be used here; Product origin country code - select country for all your products, which have no country attribute; otherwise country of manufacture will be used; Schedule B Enabled Schedule B Number default - the unique 10-digit commodity classification code for the item being exported. (Classify a commodity access the following Web page: Schedule B Number product attribute ID - choose attribute from the list if you need that this meaning will be use instead of default value. Schedule B Unit of Measurement default - choose the required measurement that will used by default. Schedule B Unit of Measurement product attribute - choose attribute from the list if you need that this meaning will be use instead of default value. Declaration Statement - fill here special declaration statement if required - "The exporter of the products covered by this document declares that except where otherwise clearly indicated these products are of EEA preferential origin". Automatic Labels Creation: You can configure Automatic label creation and Bulk label creation:

22 Note: if you use extensions Web Shop Apps Matrix Rate or Premium Matrix Rate, they may conflict with automatic labels creation. Manual labels creation and other functions work without any problems. Enable - activate it if you want start using automatic UPS label creation mode simultaneously with Order submit; labels will be created exactly after order is submitted; Create Labels for Shipping Methods - select the required shipping methods from the list for automatic UPS shipping label creation; Create Labels for Orders Statuses - select the required statuses of orders from the list for automatic UPS shipping labels creation;

23 Settings for Bulk labels creation: Here you have a choice: - you can choose for Bulk creation "All" - in this case Bulk label creation will work for all shipping methods

24 and order statuses. - you can choose for Bulk creation "Specify" - in this case Bulk creation will apply only for shipping methods and order statuses that you selected in both menu. To create labels for many orders simultaneously: Indicate the required orders for creation UPS labels at Order grid page; Select "Create UPS Shipping Labels" from Actions drop-down menu and click Submit; Labels will be created for selected orders in accordance with these settings. Additional Settings: Order status after label creation - you can select what status will be assigned to Order after UPS shipping label creation;

25 Label creation by UPS Shipping Manager Pro UPS Shipping Manager Pro allows you to create UPS Shipping Labels in three modes: Fully Automatic mode - automatic creation simultaneously with orders submit; Bulk mode - bulk creation directly from the Orders grid; Manual mode - manually create shipment(s) and then generate label(s); Fully Automatic creation of the UPS Shipping Labels, as soon, as order submitted: First of all, you have to check out filling of all configuration information in Configuration Page (Stores- >Configuration->left menu column->sales ->UPS Shipping labels). Before using the automatic mode - please check if labels create with your settings in Manual Mode successfully. Go to: Sales->Orders Here you can see the column with UPS labels statuses for all orders.

26 In Configuration page set in the block Automatic labels creation - "Enable=Yes". Now, when customer submits order, extension creates shipment and UPS shipping labels by default settings in Configuration. Note that during using an Automatic Mode you have opportunities like: Labels will be created based on default settings; Will be created only 1 Shipment per order with all products; Will be created as many Packages and label(s), as was set in Configuration. Note: if you use extensions Web Shop Apps Matrix Rate or Premium Matrix Rate, they may conflict with automatic labels creation. Manual labels creation and other functions works without problems. Bulk creation of the UPS Shipping Labels:

27 First of all, you have to check out filling of all configuration information in Configuration Page (as described in Fully Automatic mode). Select orders for which you want to create labels; In drop-down list "Actions" select "Create UPS Shipping Labels" The extension creates Shipments and Labels for all selected Orders. All created labels downloaded in one PDF file and ready for printing. Status in column "UPS status" changes to "Success". In case of failure label creation, an Error" status will appear in appropriate cell of the "UPS status" column. If you click on the "Error", you will be directed to the page with error description, received from the UPS. All errors are sent by UPS and contain the description. Please read it carefully and try to change configuration settings according to this information. Note that during using Bulk Mode you have opportunities like: Labels will be created on the base of default settings; Will be created only 1 Shipment per order with all products; Will be created as many Packages and label(s), as was set in Configuration.

28 Manual creation of the UPS Shipping Labels: Open order and press on the big button in the top: Create UPS Label: Please select the required type of label from "Create UPS label" drop-down menu and press. We call "Invert" label the shipping label, where we change "ship from" and "ship to" addresses. So, the shipment will be from customer to the warehouse, like in return, but the label will be not "return label", but "shipping label". After that you will be directed to the Shipment settings page (intermediate page): The Shipment settings page has 5 tabs:

29 Main options, Package Information, Weight and Dimension, Customer options, International invoice By default, all settings are the same as you set in Configuration. But you can change them in any time. Main options page:

30 Who pay for Shipment? : Shipper or Recipient pays for Shipment by default. If you created any Companies of Persons in the page "UPS Third Party Shippers", you can select any of them to pay for shipment. UPS shipping method: admin can see the UPS shipping method customer chose for his order on front during check out stage. Admin has an opportunity to change this method to any another. Shipper Address: here you can check/change the shipper address from your Address Book list. Ship from Address: here you can check/change the Ship from address from the Address Book list. Test mode: you can work in test mode (please activate it) until you start using productivity mode (please select "No" in this case). We suggest you to set Configuration with all information and use Test mode until you create label successfully. Add tracking number automatically? - you can operate this option - activate it if you want add Tracking Number to shipment information automatically; also tracking number information will be added to confirmation in case if this option is active. Shipment description - here is displayed the value of shipment description that you chose in Configuration from "Shipment description" drop-down menu. Currency code: here you can change the currency code if the current value doesn't answer to your requirements. Duty and Tax charges - here you can choose who will pay duty and tax: - Shipper pays both transportation fees and duties and tax - Shipper pays transportation fees and receiver pays duties and taxes COD - activation of this function. COD funds code - UPS will attempt to collect the amount shown on the C.O.D. tag or package label, and then send the payment to you. If UPS cannot collect the payment after three attempts, the package will be returned. Here you should select the more appropriate payment method for your case: - cash, - cash check or money order - no cash allowed. Monetary value - here you can fill the price of order without delivery price. Send Invoice Line Total - you can activate this function only for shipments from US to Canada and PR. Invoice Line Total Monetary Value - a monetary assessment of fabricated goods used to determine duty on international shipments. This assessment takes into consideration factors including manufacturing costs, packaging, shipping, overhead, and profit margin. Required for forward shipments whose origin is the US and destination is Puerto Rico or Canada. Not available for any other shipments. Carbon neutral - UPS carbon neutral offers the option to offset the carbon emissions associated with the transportation of your shipment. This service is offered to shippers in certain countries. You can activate it if required.

31 Create return label now: allows you to create the return label with forward label simultaneously based on settings in Configuration->"Printing settings" block; UPS shipping method for return label: if you create return label simultaneously with the shipping label, please select the required shipping method for your return label; here should be displayed the shipping method that you chose for return label in Configuration, but you can change it if required; Quantum View Notification Enable: Yes / No. If you activate this option - "Notification code" list will appear under this field; Notification Code: this option allows you to choose the required type of notification for your shipping. Return Notification or Label Creation Notification; QV In-transit Notification; QV Ship Notification; QV Exception Notification; QV Delivery Notification Shipper here you should fill the of shipper. Notification Lang - please choose the required code from the list of ISO codes of languages. Delivery Confirmation: UPS will provide you with evidence of delivery in your choice of these options. Please choose the confirmation that answer to your requirements from the list below: NOT USED. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION - UPS will mail you a confirmation of delivery without a signature. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION SIGNATURE REQUIRED - UPS will obtain the recipient s signature and provide you with a printed copy. You may also view the recipient's signature or electronic acknowledgement of receipt online. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED - UPS will obtain the adult recipient s signature and provide you with a printed copy. Adult recipients must be at least 21. You may also view the adult recipient s signature online. USPS DELIVERY CONFIRMATION - Delivery Confirmation service lets you find out the date and time your First-Class Mail parcel, Priority Mail item, or Package Services parcel was delivered or, if delivery was attempted but not successful, the date and time of the delivery attempt. 32 Package Information: The "Add package" block allows you add as many packages as your shipment required. The maximum limits for UPS US packages are 150 lbs. and 119" in length and 165" in length and girth (L+2W+2H). Attention: The Weight field in each package block has to be mandatory to fill. Packing Type Code - you should choose the more appropriate packaging type for your shipment. Packaging Description - please fill the short description of your package. Packaging Reference Number Code 1, 2 - this code should contain 2 numeric, for example "02". You can fill only Packaging Reference Number Code 2.

33 Packaging Reference Number Value 1, 2 - the value of these fields will be displayed under the barcode at the labels; our module allows adding the macro paste to these fields, for example Order_Id #order_id# or #sku#. Weight - this field is required, especially if not all your products have weight. Pack weight: here you can fill pack weight if required. Additional Handling - previously our module has added the Additional Handling price to shipping price. Now we separate the Additional Handling price from total shipping price and give the customer an opportunity to operate this function. Length, Width, Height: package dimensions. Here should display the dimensions of active Box from Configuration but you can manually change them if required. COD: Cash on Delivery - Yes / No. COD Funds code - UPS will attempt to collect the amount shown on the C.O.D. tag or package label, and then send the payment to you. 40 possible previously. Our module provides link "Print return label" that redirected to ups.com where return label can be printed or ed it to them to print later. To create return label - customer can go to Accounts (frontend), pressed on desired order after that at Order page he can see the Create return UPS label link. If he pressed it "Create refund label" page will appear. At this page in special table user has an opportunity to choose the quantity of products to refund. After he pressed Submit button link for Refund label will appear and customer can print the label from ups.com in any time.
