Ground Rent Charges of Hazardous Container will charged Twice the General Charges. Ground Rent of ODC Container will charged a minimum of four times the normal container charges or on to case basis depending on the dimension & weight. 4 TERMS AND CONDITIONS i It is presumed that all consignments (Import/ Export) being received at CFS are adequately insured against all possible risks & eventualities during transportation & storage. The company (Logix Park) will not be liable/responsible in this respect. ii Prior gate out of Cargo/Container, all CFS dues should be paid upfront or else a PD Account to be maintained iii All Cheques/dd to be drawn in favour of "LCL LOGISTIX (INDIA) PVT.LTD." Payable at par at all branches. vi GST & other government levies shall be applicable at the prevailing rates at the time of billing. v Container & Cargo storage charges are reckoned on per day basis. vi Cargo Storage charges are reckoned from the date of Carting or De-stuffing to the date of Stuffing or Loading both days inclusive. vii For HAZ Container & Cargo Storage charges will be Twice of normal charges. viii ODC Container/Cargo storage will be charged on case to case basis depending on the Out Guage. ix Cargo in 20kg or less than 20Kg packing will be considered as Loose/Bulk & charged accordingly. x LIQUID CARGO will be Charged on case to case basis. xi Additional charges will be levied for cargo requiring special services like Dunnage, lashing, materials etc. xii All Services Other than that mentioned above Shall be Charged on CASE to CASE Basis. xiii All charges are in Indian Rupees (INR). xiv Shipping line/cha shall have to pay Custom Overtimes, if any work is required to be done at CFS after working hours. xv Line should ensure that they inspect empty container when they are brought to the CFS before placing in CFS empty stack. xvi Movement request for export container should be given minimum 24 hours prior to port gate cut off. xvii Fumigation Services are Available. xviii OTHERS means all containers other than 20,40 & HC. xix Vendors providing special services inside CFS like Fumigation, Palletization etc will be charged on case to case basis.
