McLarens Containers were the pioneers in setting up an inland container terminal in Sri Lanka. This gave then an early foray into the trade and became one of the first companies to engage in selling used containers in the local market. Naturally, to address its in house requirements, MLG converted empty containers into site offices, security sheds & mobile toilets in the 1980 s setting the pace as one of the foremost Container Innovators in Sri Lanka. 12 McLaren s Container Cabins - Unique Concepts, Versatile Applications We have sold over 700 container cabins in recent years. Given proper maintenance, cabins have a lifespan of over 20 years. Once fabricated these cabins can be transported on road, rail or sea to any destination worldwide. Our container supply allows rentals at short notice. The McLarens Logistics production team is ready to take up any challenge in fabricating cabins with complex designs and delivering them within short lead-times, to any site with motor able access. Depending on customer requirements, we can complete a project with all specifications within an approximate period of 7 to 21 days. A Container Cabin is portable, easily installed, and very cost effective when compared to a conventional construction.
