Action Plan 4.1 SEE Services Shioya will finish the editorial work for the IS document by May 31 st CM Tool Requirements 4

7 4.2.1 Edit and distribute a ballot documents for FCD to WG4 by May 19 th, 2006 (Byong) Juan will finish the editorial work for the ballot by May 23 rd Juan will send this document to the SC7 Secretariat for FCD ballot on May 24 th. 4.3 RE Tool Requirements Edit and distribute a ballot documents for CD to Michael by July. 10 th, 2006 (Byong) Michael will correct the document by the end of July Byong and Michael will distribute the document to WG4 by Aug. 3 rd, WG4 members will produce feedback by the end of Aug Byong and Michael will finalize the ballot document by the beginning of interim meeting Byong will send this document to the SC7 Secretariat for CD ballot by Dec. 31 st, Revision of Shioya will produce draft 2 nd FCD revision and send it to WG4 by the end of Aug WG4 will respond to Shioya by the end of Sept., Shioya will send this document to the SC7 Secretariat for 2 nd FCD ballot by Nov. 30 th, Revision of Ian and Shioya will produce draft DTR and send it to WG4 by Sept. 30 th, WG4 will respond to Ian and Shioya by the end of Sept Shioya will send this document to the SC7 Secretariat for DTR ballot by Nov. 30 th, NWI Produce a ballot document for WG4 NWI (Information Technology Tools and Methods of Requirement Engineering and Management for Product Lines) by the end of May Byong will send this document to SC7 Secretariat by June 15 th, Next meetings WG4 will have the next interim meeting in Seoul, Korea, Oct. 30 th to Nov. 3 rd of
