1 Water and Waste Department Business sectors that may be required to prepare pollution prevention plans Schedule F of the Sewer By-law may be expanded to include other business sectors as listed below. However, Schedule F would only be expanded with a By-law amendment approved by Council. Justification for adding business sectors to Schedule F would be provided to Council in a report requesting the By-law amendment. Business sectors would be: added to Schedule F in a phased approach, given one year s advance notice prior to being required to submit a Pollution Prevention Plan. Sector - Food Processing Chicken egg production Poultry hatcheries Frozen food Ice cream and frozen dessert Rendering and meat processing from carcasses Poultry processing Fish product preparation and packaging Retail bakeries Commercial bakeries and frozen bakery product All other food Meat markets
