4 COMMERCIAL TERMS PRICE BASE / DELIVERY CONDITIONS The quoted prices are in EURO (net), EXW Kremsmünster/Pasching based on INCOTERMS Not included in the prices are packing /dispatch costs (1% for truck, 2% for ocean freight packaging of the order value), custom and duties, as well other local expenses. Prices are based on the current govermently agreed hourly and material rates at time of the offer. If changes might occur in regards to the costs at time of delivery, so extrunet GmbH is permitted to adjust the prices accordingly and increase or deduct the the amount to be charged. TRANSPORT / INSURANCE If the transport of the goods should be arranged by extrunet Gmbh, the costs will be charged accordingly. If further the transport insurance should be handled by extrunet Gmbh, the costs will also be charged to the customer. A quotation for both can be sent upon request. RIGHTS OF OWNERSHIP / LIABILITY The above quoted goods remain property of extrunet GmbH until the full charged amount has been paid by the customer. Fully paid goods will be then the property of the customer. extrunet GmbH can`t be taken responsible by the customer or any 3rd party, under no circumstance, for any kind of fail function, loss of production, market shares, profit, or any other kind of economical loss to the company regardless of any taken service which was done by extrunet Gmbh or any other personal / technical fail function. Tools will be manufactured exclusively based on customer drawings! VALIDITY Prices are valid for 2 month Typos and misprints can occur! extrunet GmbH remains the right to adapt it s delivery program, as well to change the technical execution to improve quality/functions. WARRANTY 12 month after take over in Single Shift operation as well 4 month in multi shift operation. If a take over can t be done within 2 weeks, cause of the customer fault, the warranty time will start, regardless the situation, from the day of announcement of the delivery. A warranty claim is only valid,if the necessary documents and the correct procedure is done, as well only for parts which are under warranty see Warranty Terms In general no warranty for tools. ACCEPTANCE If there is no special agreement, the take over will take place in the facilities of extrunet GmbH, in Austria. The base for the take over is the order confirmation. For the take over, the customer needs to send a person which is permitted to sign the acceptance protocol. If the customer is not able to send a person for the take over in a timely manner, extrunet GmbH is permitted to ship the goods. A take over of the goods by a technician of extrunet GmbH is possible, but the costs will be charged as a All Inclusive package for 5 days or on base of our Service Terms and Conditions. The customer supplies, free of charge, equipment to transport the goods, mounting material and staff which is capable to handle the job. The customer is responsible to prepare all necessary works (air, water, power supply), and takes full responsibility for the entire process. FINE TUNING AT CUSTOMER SITE The fine tuning can be done, on request, at the customer`s machine at his facility. Alll the costs have to be paid by the customer, which will be mentioned seperate in the quotation.

5 TUNING MATERIAL For the acceptance /tuning of the tooling, the customer supplies, free of charge, the seller with the necessary amount of material (10 15 times the amount of the output/hour per tool), which has to be delivered in standardized units like gaylord boxes or big bags. COUNTRY OF ORIGIN Austria (European Union) NOTE EXTRUSION TOOLS The mentioned output can only be reached by observing the following parameters: Flawless material coming from the extruder with tuning between formulation and screw geometry Adjustable temperature control on the extruder Constant material and formulation, as well as no exceeding of the maximum tolerances for bulk density and flow characteristics (DIN 53492): bulk density: >= 600 g/l ± 10 g/l flow time: volume 150 g, d=10, 16 sec ± 5% Moisture of the wood fibres, granules (f. example PP; PMMA) max 1% Water temperature max. 14 C, min. 12 C Water pressure 2 3 bar on calibration inlet Temperature in the production hall: min. 10 C Humidity in the production hall: max. 70% Output/profile weight: If changes are made later and therefore profile weight is lower, the output in m/min is valid. If the profile weight is higher, the output in kg/h is valid. Output (m/min): The output rates (m/min) mentioned in the quote can varies in a range of +/ 10% for several factors. A reduced / higher output (m/min) in this tolerance range does not justify a complain for repairing / compensation WARRANTY TERMS A claim of warranty is only valid, if the customer send a warranty claim in writing, including a failure description with picture within 2 days of the day of misfunction. The seller has the right to decide if, the defect will be repaired at customer site, the broken part will be sent back to the sellers facility or the defective part will be replaced by the customer. The repair oft he defective parts, won t extend the overall warranty length! Further the warranty is limited to: month after take over in Single Shift operation as well 4 month in multi shift operation. Electrical and mechanical safety devices (Fuses, door switches, center/sheer bolts) Technical thermoplast (Belt of puller, puller cleats, rubber for tilt tables, tooth belt, etc..) Tools / Working Parts (Saw blades, cutting blades, punshing units, polishing brushes) Wear parts (Heater bands, LED`s, filter bags, chip bags, pressure temperature sensors) 5. extrunet GmbH will only pay the costs for the broken part, BUT NOT for the transport of those, neither for custom, duties, manpower or other local expenses.
