3 Exhibitor Information Welcome! We are excited to host the C&NN 2016 International Conference, as well as your exhibit, at our venue! The following details and instructions will help you prepare for your visit. Please feel free to contact us directly with any specific needs or related inquiries you may have. Sincerely, Saint Paul RiverCentre Event Staff Event Locations: RiverCentre Ballroom Level (Level 4) EXHIBITION AREA* Ballrooms ABC Meeting Rooms 1-11 Exhibitor Setup & Strike Times: SETUP Wednesday, May 25 6:00-8:00 AM (Conference starts at 8:45 am on Wednesday.) TEAR-DOWN Friday, May 27, 12:00 2:00 PM (Note: the conference ends at 12:00 pm. Exhibitors MUST have all items removed from the venue by 5:00pm on Friday OR have made shipping arrangements and notified RiverCentre Event Services Manager.) Load In Areas: 1) Load-in from the RiverCentre Parking Ramp Exhibitors with limited items may find it more convenient to park in the RiverCentre Parking Ramp and then load/unload directly from their parked vehicle. A convenient skyway, with elevators to every level, will lead you from the parking ramp to the ballroom level of the RiverCentre. (see attached map) 2) Load-in from the RiverCentre Main Loading Dock Exhibitors with boxes and medium to large sized items will find it convenient to utilize our main loading dock. This loading dock is located below Kellogg Lobby, and is easily accessible to the exhibit area. Exhibitors may enter the loading dock via the Eagle Street entrance (see attached map) and will be given a temporary 20 minute loading pass. This pass will allow exhibitors enough time to unload, move their items to the exhibit area, and then move their vehicle to the adjacent parking ramp. This area is respectively available at load-out. Load Out Areas: The two options above are also available for load-out, however, due to the time of day that exhibitors will be loading out, you may experience additional traffic on Kellogg Boulevard compared to the load-in earlier that day. 3

4 Advance Freight Shipments: Advance freight shipments to the facility will ONLY be accepted under the following conditions, any freight shipments that are missing the following information may be refused: Freight may not arrive any earlier than Friday, May 20, All shipments must be properly labeled (see address example below), as well as shipped to the correct shipping address. Shipments sent to the wrong address will be refused. Up to 50 lbs. of material will be accepted per exhibitor at no charge. RiverCentre accepts no liability for lost, damaged, missing, or stolen packages. Direct shipments are made at the risk of the shipping party. You are more than welcome to direct ship your packages, however, you will be responsible for picking them up at the loading dock office. Carts may be temporarily checked out from the loading dock office in exchange for holding your driver s license. Outbound shipments may be made from the facility; however, you should come prepared with outbound shipping labels, and have the ability to schedule a pickup. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to prepare the outbound packages for shipping and bring them to the loading dock area for their scheduled pickup. If you have a concern regarding the safety or security of your shipment, we recommend contacting your hotel to see if you may make a direct shipment there. Please keep in mind that this may be the safest option, as many other events within the complex will also be shipping freight, too. Wireless Internet: The RiverCentre is equipped with a state of the art distributed cell phone antenna system which makes placing a call on your cell phone while inside our complex possible. All major cell service providers are distributed. We also provide FREE wireless internet service for casual browsing. This is great for checking s, social media websites, reading the news, or almost any other general browsing. (If you plan to stream online media at your exhibit, you will need to rent a wired internet line.) Here s how to use our wireless internet: 1) Connect to the wireless network named RC_FreeWiFi. 2) Open your web browser, our terms and condition page will appear. 3) Review the terms and conditions, scroll to the bottom of the page and click accept to connect. Your wireless internet session will last 24 hours, until you need to reaccept the terms. If your computer goes to sleep, you may need to repeat these steps. If you having trouble with your wireless connection, try restarting your computer. This is a FREE service, so we are not able to provide you with trouble-shooting support on your computer. If you experience problems with your computer, we recommend that you contact your computer retailer for support. 4

This loading dock features 10 fully enclosed bays with drive on ramps to the exhibition hall floor and freight elevators to all levels of Saint Paul RiverCentre. Roy Wilkins Lower Dock Four Deliveries: Due to limited storage space, exhibitors should ship all items through their decorator s drayage services. Carts: Exhibitors are encouraged to bring their own carts for transferring freight. Move In Times: Each event will have load in and out dates and times that are established by the show s promoter. Please refer to your exhibitor packet for your specific load in time. Exhibitors are not permitted to load out earlier than the posted load out time. Landmark Center Rice Park Loading/Unloading Time: In order to best manage traffic in the loading dock, exhibitors are given 15 minutes to load and unload materials. After this time period, vehicles are subject to towing. Turn right onto Kellogg Blvd. Immediately after crossing West 7th St., veer to the right down Eagle St. The loading dock will be halfway down the hill on your left. FROM THE EAST Take 94 west to the Marion St. exit. Turn right at the top of the exit onto Kellogg Blvd. Immediately after crossing West 7th St., veer to the right down Eagle St. The loading dock will be halfway down the hill on your left. FROM THE WEST Take 94 east to the Kellogg Blvd. exit. Follow Kellogg Blvd. down the hill about ½ mile. Immediately after crossing West 7th St., veer to the right down Eagle St. The loading dock will be halfway down the hill on your left. FROM THE AIRPORT Take the airport access road and follow signs for Hwy. 5 to Saint Paul. Hwy. 5 turns into West 7th Street. Travel seven miles. Upon approaching Kellogg Blvd., take a hard right down the hill onto Eagle St. The loading dock will be halfway down the hill on your left. FROM RIVERCENTRE LOBBY TO MAIN LOADING DOCK Travel west on Kellogg Blvd. (passing RiverCentre and Xcel Energy Center). Travel across West 7th St. and turn right on Smith Ave. Take your first right onto 5th St. Take your next right onto West 7th St. At Kellogg Blvd., turn left and veer to the right down Eagle St. The loading dock will be halfway down the hill on your left. FROM MAIN LOADING DOCK TO RIVERCENTRE PARKING RAMP Upon exiting the loading dock tunnel, turn left onto Exchange St. Take your first left onto Eagle St. Turn left onto Chestnut St. into the lower level entrance of the RiverCentre Parking Ramp. Upon parking, take the west elevator up to the skyway level to access Saint Paul RiverCentre. FROM MAIN LOADING DOCK TO MAJOR FREEWAYS Upon exiting the loading dock tunnel, turn left onto Exchange St. Travel one block and turn right onto Chestnut St. Turn right onto West 7th St. For Interstate 94: turn left on Kellogg Blvd. and follow signs to either 94 West or East. For Interstate 35E north: travel east on West 7th St., turn left on Robert St., turn right on 11 St. east and follow signs to freeway. For Interstate 35 E south: turn left on Kellogg Blvd. and follow signs to 35E south. TO ROY WILKINS DOCK (5TH ST.
