Wear parts are excluded. Warranty only, if assembly or initial startup was made by our site supervisor. Reliability statement The system has a reliability of 98% if operated with the capacity, product, temperature and all additional data as given in this offer, and if all maintenance is done according the operation manual. Notice The conveyor must be fed with a metering hopper. The Wiese delivery does not include the assembling on site, the supporting structure of the conveyor, the electrical installation and the switch gears. Prescribed safety equipment like network and operating switches and emergency switches have to be supplied by the customer / operator and have to be installed on their own responsibility according to local / internal prescriptions at the machine or have to be connected to the machine control (also not part of the delivery content). We suppose that the material is conveyable and flowable, chemical neutral, not adhesive or hardening and drops out of the buckets by its own gravity at the discharge point. Its temperature does not overstep 80 C. If the material should be a little sticky a mechanical knocker supports the discharge (included in this offer).
