The Bidder must submit Pro-forma Invoice showing FOB price, Freight and local agent s commission (must be mentioned in principal invoice). 3. The Bidder must submit the Manufacturer s Letter of Authorization in favor of local agent. 4. Alternative offer is not acceptable. 5. If the materials are shipped through forwarder, freight forwarder charges will be on the account of the beneficiary /local agent at both end of exporting & importing country. 3

Original Manufacturer catalog/brochure in English to be submitted by the bidder along with the bid. 8. Port of shipment and country of origin must be same. 9. L/C payment shall be made after receipt of Post Landing Inspection (PLI) certificate. After arrival of the material at Chittagong port, Buyer or his nominated company inspect the materials and issued a certificate to the Supplier/Beneficiary with a set of shipping documents (Copy) to his negotiation bank.
