1 ===CI- \MBER OF CXMvERCE==== 43rd Annual Texas State Festival of Ethnic Cultures Arts and Crafts Show Dear Arts and Crafts Vendor, You are cordially invited to bea vendor attheannual Texas State Festival of Ethnic Cultures -Arts and Crafts Show, that will be held April 28, 20180n the Runnels County Courthouse Lawn in Ballinger, Texas. The festival hours are Saturday, April 28th from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Deadline for accepting applications is Friday, April 20, Booth spaces are 10ft. X 10ft. and are $50.00 per booth and additional $40.00 for a connecting 10 ft.x 10ft. booth. Electricity will be available for an additional fee of $5.00. No tables, chairs or tents will be provided. Vendors will be allowed to setup on Friday,April 27th from 2 p.m.-8:00 p.m. and Saturday, April 28th from 7:00 a.m. - 9:30a.m. A chamber directorwill be there to assist you with finding your assigned area. No booths will be assigned priorto 2 p.m. on Friday, April 27th. This isa very busy area and located on a state highway so, please be considerate when unloading and loading and limit your time on the curb to thirty minutes. Vendors must display their Texas State Sales and Use Permit and will be responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales taxes. Please read over the following regulations and any vendor in non-compliance with any of these regulations will be asked to leave the premises and all money exchanged from participant to vendor will not be refunded. Additional information will be provided for you the day of setting up. No gunsof any kind, fireworks, poppers, fake cigarettes orcigars will be allowed or sold in booths. Vendors cannotaward money to participants on gaming concessions, only prizes may be awarded for chances on games. Please use your best judgement on items to exhibit. Ballinger is a "family oriented town" and the Chamber reserves the right to restrict the sale, display or distribution of printed materials, photographs, books, t-shirts, paraphernalia or other representation that does not maintaina proper, moral, and wholesome environment. All vendors are expected to be present through the whole show, no early breakdowns will be allowed. Vendors must fill out the application attached, sign the waiver and release, the release of liability statements and returned to the Ballinger Area Chamber of Commerce, along with your booth fee, before you will be accepted as a vendor for the festival. 700 Railroad Ave. P.O.
