4 We ve worked hard so you don t have to The MO20 Range Designed to benefit the operator and the operation, the MO20 range is suitable for intensive low level order-picking operations. These machines will help you achieve the highest possible pick rates and combine complete operator comfort with total business satisfaction.

5 Top performance SEM (Separately Excited Motor) technology delivers fast laden/unladen travel speeds and excellent control. The powerful 2.6kW traction motor offers high thermal capacity ideal for frequent stop and go operations. The battery capacity of up to 480 Ah means MO20 machines can take the toughest workloads in their stride while an optional roll-on/roll-off battery change system makes them ideal for multi-shift operations. Making hard work easier To ensure MO20 order pickers can be effectively operated with minimum effort, all controls are handily placed and ergonomically designed. The tiller arm steering features a purpose-designed tiller head with angled hand grips, dual lift/lower buttons for right or left hand use and large quick-grab butterfly buttons. Creep speed advance buttons are fitted as standard, allowing the operator walking alongside to move the truck forward to the following pick stop. Electronic fly by wire steering incorporating steering wheel control is available as an optional extra. What s more, the complete steering console can be released into a vertical position to facilitate 2nd level picking. Cost efficiency Regenerative braking optimises the shift life of the battery and helps protect motor components. The innovative Combi controller for both traction and hydraulic functions means simpler electric components and maximum energy efficiency. Long truck life is assured thanks to the sturdy chassis and thick durable wraparound bumper plate. Custom-made Adjustable parameter settings mean Yale MO20 and MO20S machines can be configured to suit particular applications. Sitting comfortably Access to the MO20 is easy from either side thanks to the spacious operator s compartment and the independently rising fork section ensures the platform remains low at all times. A cushioned heightadjustable seat pad on the backrest and thick ribbed floor mat ensure greater comfort during the longest shifts. A convenient steady bar mounted on top of the backrest provides firm support whilst reversing and the simple release of butterfly buttons ensures smooth reverse current braking. Versatile solutions For occasional picking from high loads or at 2nd/3rd levels, the standard MO20 model features an intermediate step in the back rest and slip resistant strips on the sturdy battery compartment cover. Front mounted grab rails are an optional extra. For regular second level picking, an electrically powered platform lift is available. Operated by floor mounted controls it comes in a choice of 3 standard lift heights up to a maximum raised platform height of 1500mm. There is a comprehensive selection of fork widths and lengths. Simpler maintenance To minimise downtime the number of maintenance items has been kept to an absolute minimum and on-board diagnostics are featured as standard. Faults are immediately highlighted in a dashboard display unit.

6 Lifting productivity to new heights MO6, MO10 & MO10S Range The MO6, MO10 and MO10S high level orderpickers allow you to maximise use of vertical space right up to over 9m pick height and when fitted with guidance options can work in very narrow aisles. You can maximise the number of pick locations to accommodate a high stock item count, or achieve very dense storage in minimum space. Far-reaching benefits The fully enclosed operator s cab features interlocked side gates with an integral toeboard. Auxiliary lift allows the operator to maintain a constant convenient working height. Smooth operation of the lift/lower functions is assured by proportional hydraulic control. Cushioned stop on lowering is easy on the operator. For very high lifts/intensive operation the MO10S features a 48 volt system (the MO6 10 are both 24 volt machines). Easy maintenance The battery is mounted on rollers to facilitate battery changeover and a flip-up hood enables daily battery maintenance and inspection. A sturdy mast construction provides maximum resistance to deflection and torsion, ensuring minimum wear and tear and long term reliability. Guided or free range operation To maximise your pick rate productivity and use of available space, the MO6-10S may be fitted with guide rollers for rail guidance or inductive wire guidance, to operate in aisles only millimetres wider than the truck or load. In the guided aisle the operator can travel and lift or lower at the same time to swiftly reach the desired pick location. Also, in guide aisles, maximum speed can be maintained to higher lift heights providing a further productivity gain. The MO6-10S may also be used as free ranging machines in wide aisles. The control console is recessed within the cab to maximise the walk through area. Ergonomic design Operators can pick from locations left and right of the aisle with ease as the control console is recessed within the cab to maximise the walk-through area. This is complemented by the high visibility mast design which gives excellent visibility through the mast. The butterfly button features responsive speed, acceleration and braking control via the MOSfet high frequency speed control with regenerative braking. All controls are mounted drive-side with the lift/lower control being via a paddle switch conveniently located under the hand grip. Options include load-side mounted steering and full steer and lift controls mounted load side. Simple operation Electric steering requires minimum effort and allows rapid truck manoeuvring in the transfer aisle. Tricky manoeuvres are made even easier by the LED drive wheel position indicator mounted in the console. Guide rollers allow MO6-10S trucks to operate in aisles only marginally wider than themselves and their load.

7 MO10E range Taking lift efficiency to a whole new level The MO10E family of order pickers is designed for 2nd/3rd level picking up to around 4.8 metres grasp height. Different operator compartments provide different handling solutions, from direct walk-on pallet access especially suited to handling bulky items, to auxiliary lift to reduce bending and stretching. Crucially, the operator retains full control of the truck even at height as the drive controls are conveniently placed in the rising operator s compartment. Standard version The standard machine offers 1200mm lift. The open platform provides full access to the pick location and pallet at ground level and above. Walk-on pallet cage option Enabling picking heights of up to 3.3 metres, the walk-on pallet cage versions are equipped with interlocked access gates in the operator s cab and swing up side gates that ensure the maximum pick window available to the operator. A pallet detection device requires the presence of a pallet on the forks to allow operation above 1200mm. Opening gates or side arms over 1200mm prevents traction. Supplementary lift option Available with a platform height of 1200mm, 1700mm and 3200mm, auxiliary lift allows the operator to position loads at a constant working height suited to his/her individual requirements. Key controls are easily to hand on the control panel. Easier to handle The entire design of MO10E machines is aimed at reducing operator fatigue. A step height of just 170mm makes getting on and off far less strenuous and a cushioned, operator-sensitive platform means all the operator has to do is stand on it and the park brake will be released and the truck ready to go. Operators can then choose one of four pre-set performance options to suit his/her individual preference and the application in hand. Steering wheel control means minimal effort is required and rapid aisle transfers are assured. Key controls like the butterfly speed button and push button lift and lower functions are all easily to hand on the control panel while the MOSfet high frequency speed controller with regenerative braking is energy efficient and delivers smooth, progressive speed and acceleration. Reverse current braking is activated by simply releasing the butterfly button. Finally, all MO10E trucks feature a pedestrian mode creep speed function which allows the operator to advance the truck and lift or lower the platform (and the forks on the SL model) while on the ground next to the truck, without having to step up onto the platform. Improved operator comfort significantly enhances productivity.
