2 [A] TERMINAL HANDLING CHARGES The THC mentioned above are for container having gross weight up to 27 MT including tare weight. The THC above 27 MT will be charged 1.25 times of normal THC. Sr Activity Cycles Export - Factory Stuffing with empty handling at ICD-Ankleshwar: The activity will include unloading empty container from rail/road vehicle, loading empty container from stack to road vehicle for factory stuffing, unloading loaded container from factory by road vehicle to stack area and after custom sealing/clearance loading of container on road vehicle/rail wagon for transportation to gateway port(the above cycle will includes survey of empty and loaded container) Export - Factory stuffed container: Containers arrived at ICD- Ankleshwar in loaded condition without empty handling at ICD- Ankleshwar Export - ICD Stuffed Containers: Unloading of empty containers from rail wagon/road vehicle, positioning empty containers from stack to CFS area for stuffing, stack the stuffed container in the loaded stack, after customs sealing / clearance, loading of container on road vehicle/rail wagon for transportation to gateway ports (This cycle will includes survey of empty and loaded container and customs examination ) Import - Factory De-stuffing: Unloading of loaded containers in seal intact condition, stack the container in the import stack area, position import container at warehouse or any other location at ICD for seal cutting and de-stuffing & re-stuffing, loading customs cleared container on arranged road vehicle for factory de-stuffing, unload and stack the empty container after factory de-stuffing in the empty stack area. (This cycle will include survey of empty and loaded container and customs examination) Import - ICD De-stuffing: Unloading of loaded containers in seal intact condition, positioning of import loaded containers from stack to warehouse or any other location in ICD area for seal cutting & de-stuffing, positioning of import loaded containers from stack to warehouse or any other location in ICD area for seal cutting & de-stuffing. (This cycle will includes survey of empty and loaded container and customs examination) On Wheel Examination Export : On-wheel inspection of factory stuffed export loaded containers in the terminal will include seal cutting and opening of container door on chassis for facilitating customs inspection and closing the door and re-sealing. Empty Containers Direct to port movement : Any empty container moved out from ICD-Ankleshwar for Factory Stuffing / (direct to port) and directly moved to gateway port for exports without touching ICD-Ankleshwar Tariff (In Rs.) 20' 40'

Out of Cycle handling of containers 7.1 Lift on/lift off empty container from stack area to Rail wagon /Road trailer or vice-versa 7.2 Lift on/lift off loaded container from road vehicle to stack area/rail loading or vice-versa 7.3 Shifting of empty container between Rail head and ICD Shifting of Loaded container between Rail head and ICD Cargo Handling- Export/Import/Domestics 7.5. (w.e.f ) Rs.75 Per MT or part Single Handling of cargo (The activity includes either unloading of thereof cargo from truck to warehouse or warehouse to container or container to warehouse or warehouse/container to truck, or any single handling on request.( NO.CON/NWR/RO/LLF-(II)/2017) 8. OUT OF CYCLE ACTIVITY The following activities will be charged separately if they are not already 20' 40' included in a particular cycle or have to be repeated in a cycle on CUSTOMER S REQUEST 8.1 WEIGHMENT CHARGES: a. Usage of CONCOR s weighbridge for weighment of cargo or container vehicles on own trailers. b. On Customers request weighment will be undertaken on CONCOR weighbridge, this includes lift on/lift off and transportation. c. Weighment of Export or Import - individual packages Up to 100% Up to 50% or less Segregation/stacking/palletisation/repacking Rs.75 Per MT or part (NO.CON/NWR/RO/LLF-(II)/2017) thereof 8.3 Back to town (unloading and loading of cargo) Rs.150 Per MT or part (NO.CON/NWR/RO/LLF-(II)/2017) thereof Wharfage (subject to minimum 5 sqmts. block, Without free time) (GST will be applicable ) Rs. 45 Per SqMts per week or part thereof 8.4 Cargo transferred to another Shipping Bill and Carting permission Transferred to another Gateway Port (per Shipping Bill and per CP) 8.5 Service Charge: Applicable for movement of Customs cleared loaded export container from ICD-AKV to gateway port in other than CONCOR vehicle (Permission for such movement is to be taken in advance)

4 [B] TERMINAL SERVICE CHARGES: In order to provide efficient services at the ICD, it is necessary to ensure that containers being used for export or import do not stagnate at ICD. Adequate Free Time for obtaining Customs Clearance and completing commercial formalities has been provided for various categories of Container. Thereafter, the Shipper/Importer/his Agent shall be liable to pay Terminal Service Charges over and above the Terminal Handling Charges. (a) Free time on Import/Export/DPD loaded containers and Empty containers: - Sr. No. Type of Container Free Time 1 Import/DPD Loaded Containers 1.1 Import loaded containers customs cleared at ICD Ankleshwar 45 days excluding date of arrival 1.2 Direct Port Delivery (DPD) containers 45 days excluding date of arrival 2 Export Loaded Containers 2.1 ICD Stuffing containers stuffed at ICD 45 days excluding the date of issue of stuffing Ankleshwar Job Order 2.2 Factory Stuffing containers 45 days excluding the date of Gate in of container 2.3 Export loaded customs cleared containers arrived from other satellite CFSs for movement 3 Empty Containers (b) Terminal Service Charge (TSC) after free time: - 45 days only excluding the date of Gate in of container 90 days excluding the date of arrival/destuffing of container Loaded TSC per TEU per day after free time of Empty TSC per TEU per day after free 45 Days (In Rs.) time of 90 Days (In Rs.) Other terms & conditions are as below: - The free time for loaded and empty containers will be on calendar days. The free time and TSC rates are applicable on all types of containers. In the case of Back to Town containers/shipment cancellation, no free time will be granted and the above TSC will be applicable. The aforesaid free time will be applicable w.e.f The TSC for the containers already lying at the terminals prior to , will be applicable as per the extant rates of TSC till and will be payable by the respective parties. The above rates are exclusive of GST.

5 [C] WHARFAGE CHARGES: Activity Cargo Storage Free Time 7 days (Includes day of carting /de-stuffing of cargo but excludes Sundays and CONCOR holidays) Charges after free time Rs. 100 per TEU per day Note: 1. After above free time Sundays and holidays will be included. 2. Over the above, GST will be applicable 3. GST will not be applicable to any wharfage/storage charges for agricultural produce (un-processed). 4. Wharfage is levy from the midnight of the date on which free time is over, till the cargo is removed from the ICD [D] Additional charges against movement of Export loaded, Import loaded and Empty containers booked by Rail or Road (w.e.f ): - Sr. Collection Heads Amount 1 Documentation & Surveyor Charges Rs.500/TEU 2 Data Charges Rs.500/TEU 3 Infrastructure & Development Charges Rs.500/TEU Note: If any empty container gated in by road and not utilized in export for whatever reasons and subsequently gated out empty will attract the above referred charges twice i.e. at the time of gate in and at the time of gate out. [E] Reserved Space charges for storage of general goods at warehouse of Empty Parking Yard: - Rs.140/- per sq. mtr. per month. The above rates are exclusive of GST.

IN CASE ANY OVERWEIGHT IS DETECTED LATER, EITHER AT ORIGINATING TERMINAL ITSELF OR AT DESTINATION TERMINAL, IT WILL BE CONSIDERED TO BE A CASE OF MIS-DECLARATION AND PENAL CHARGES LEVIED AT THE RATE OF Rs.1000/- PER TON OR PART THEREOF FOR EXCESS BEYOND THE DECLARED WEIGHT IN ADDITION TO RECOVERY OF DUE DIFFERNTIAL CHARGE (FREIGHT DUE MINUS PAID AT TIME OF BOOKING AS PER DECLARATION). THIS WILL ALSO APPLICABLE FOR IMPORT CARGO. ALL CARGO WILL BE STUFFED IN ACCORDANCE AND GUIDANCE OF SHIPPING LINE / SHIPPER S REPRESENTATIVE. IN THE ABSENCE OF SHIPPERS REPRESENTATIVE, THE CONTAINER WOULD BE STUFFED UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF CONCOR AND EVERY EFFORT WOULD BE MADE TO GIVE BEST POSSIBLE STORAGE. CONCOR WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LEFT OVER OF CARGO. RE-WORKING, IF DESIRED BY CHA, WILL BE ALLOWED ON PAYMENT OF USUAL RE-WORKING.

7 NO EMPTY CONTAINER TRUCKS/TRAILOR WILL BE ALLOWED TO BE PARKED INSIDE ICD AREA. A 20% SURCHARGE ON THE NORMAL FREIGHT RATE AND CONTAINER HANDLING CHARGES WILL BE LEVIABLE ON EVERY CONTAINER ACCEPTED FOR CARRIAGE OF HAZARDOUS /DANGEROUS CARGO. AS DEFINED IN THE TARIFF OF INDIAN RAILWAYS, SUCH CONTAINERS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON A PINK FORWARDING NOTE ONLY. PRIOR PERMISSION MUST BE TAKEN BEFORE BRINGING HAZARDOUS CARGO INSIDE ICD ALL BOOKING WILL BE ACCEPTED BY CONCOR ON PAID BASIS ALL EXPORTERS/CHAs ARE REQUESTEDTO FILL IN AND PRESENT ONE FORWARDING NOTE OF EACH SHIPMENT ALONG WITH ONE COPY OF SHIPPING BILL DULY ENDORSED BY CUSTOMS FOR IW BILL/RR. IMPORT LOADED CONTAINERS SHALL BE MOVED FOR EXAMINATION ONLY AFTER ALL CUSTOMS AND OTHER FORMALITIES HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AND CUSTOM EXAMINATION ARRANGEDBY SHIPPER/AGENT. CONCOR WOULD RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECIDE WHICH IMPORT CONTAINER AND WHAT KIND OF IMPORT COMMODITIES ARE TO BE DESTUFFED IN THE ICD WAREHOUSE OR IN THE NOMINATED OPEN SPACE. FORREST, THE CARGO WILL BE LEFT IN THE CONTAINER ITSELF TILL FINAL DELIVERY IS TAKEN BY THE SHIPPER OR CUSTOM/CONCOR DESPOSES OFF THE GOODS FOLLOWING PROCEDURES LAID DOWN BY CONCOR AND AS SPECIFIED IN INDIAN CUSTOMS ACT. REQUEST FOR AMENDMENT IN GATEWAY PORT CHANGE AFTER UNLOADING OF THE CONTAINER IN STACK WILL ATTRACT A LEVY OF RS. 500/- PER TEU. CHANGE OF MODE OF TRANSPORTATION: REQUEST FOR CHANGE OF MODE OF TRANSPORTATION I.E. FROM RAIL TO ROAD AFTER THE CONTAINER HAS BEEN HANDED OVER TO CONCOR WILL ATTRACT A LEVY OF RS. 500/-PER TEU. HOWEVER, IF CONCOR IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE TRAIN WITHIN FIVE DAYS OF BOOKING OF THE CONTAINER THEN CHANGE IN MODE OF TRANSPORTATION WILL BE PERMITTED WITHOUT ANY CHARGES. IN CASE CUSTOMER WANTS TO HOLD AN EXPORT CONTAINER AFTER ARRIVAL AT ICD/RCT, NORMAL TSC WILL BE MADE APPLICABLE UPTO THE DATE OF RELEASE OF THE CONTAINER. DELAYED PAYMENT SURCHARGE:

8 A FREE TIME OF 2 WORKING DAYS (EXCLUDING THE DATE OF BOOKING OF CONTAINERS) WILL BE GIVEN DURING WHICH THE CONSIGNOR MUST PAY ALL RELEVANT DUES IN RESPECT OF THEIR RESPECTIVE CONTAINERS TO CONCOR AND OBTAIN IWB. THE DATE OF BOOKING WILL BE THE DATE OF HANDOVER, I.E. THE DATE OF SUBMISSION OF FORWARDING NOTE ALONG WITH LEO AND IN CASE OF EMPTY CONTAINERS THE DATE OF SUBMISSION OF FORWARDING NOTE. IN CASE OF THEIR FAILURE TO DO SO, CONCOR WILL LEVY DELAYED PAYMENT SURCHARGE ON THE TOTAL PAYMENT DUE AGAINST THE CONTAINERS AT UNDER-NOTED RATES DEPENDING ON THE ACTUAL DAY OF RECEIPT OF PAYMENT S.NO DAYS SURCHARGE 1 First 2 working days (excluding the day Nil of booking) 2 Next 2 days 2% of total outstanding dues 3 Next 3 days 5% of total outstanding dues 4 Next 25 days 10% of total outstanding dues 5 After 30 days 10% of total outstanding dues + Rs. 100/- per day per TEU THE ACCEPTANCE AND MOVEMENT OVER THE STREAMS WILL BE AS PER ADEQUATE MATERIALIZATION OF FULL TRAIN LOADS ONLY. CONCOR SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT/CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES ON ACCOUNT OF TRANSPORTATION DELAYS OWING TO REASONS BEYOND CONCOR S CONTROL. ALL PAYMENTS LIKE RAIL FREIGHT/TSC/THC OF ICD SHOULD BE MADE BY DD/BANKERS CHEQUES ONLY PAYABLE AT ANKLESHWAR. GST SHALL BE APPLICABLE AS PER THE GOVERNMENT NORMS AS AND WHEN APPLICABLE.
