3 PART I GENERAL CONDITIONS 1. This tariff has been implemented by the Management decision of 22nd December All rates mentioned in this Tariff are given in Polish Zloty (PLN) and are valid from 01st January Charges of this price list are valid unless parties contracting service agreed otherwise. 4. Services will be rendered by Gdański Terminal Kontenerowy S.A. (GTK) on the basis of the written or electronic orders from the customers submitted in the format as prescribed by GTK. 5. ISO containers larger than 20 shall be charged as 40 containers. 6. For calculation of due charges the weight of cargo will be rounded up to the nearest higher multiple of 100 kg. 7. Organization of work: a) vessel operations: 24hrs/7days, b) Gate operations: from Monday 7.00 hours till Saturday hours. Services rendered on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays will be subject to separate agreements between the ordering party and GTK. c) Shift organization is based on: First shift starts at 2300 hours till 0700 hours with meal break hours Second shift starts at 0700 hours till 1500 hours with meal break hours Third shift starts at 1500 hours till 2300 hours with meal break hours 3

Charges for handling of container are applicable after the entire handling operations is completed. A. Handling of container includes: - survey of container external condition, checking of marks and numbers - tally of containers. B. Moving of container from the port stack to stuffing, stripping, customs inspection, veterinary inspection, phyto/sanitary inspection, scanning, tallying, sampling, washing, repairing, weighting, etc. or vice versa includes: - opening and closing of container s door C. Detailed information concerning IMO goods are specified in item 121 of Part IX of this Tariff D. Rate for opening and closing of container s door is applicated only in case if opening and closing container s door in the place of storage without moving the container to/from manipulation yard is possible. 5

7 C. Railway service at GTK includes: issuing of documents R25/R27 and shifting the wagon from the rail station to GTK terminal and vice versa. Four hours free of charge for wagon holding. PART VI STORAGE OF CONTAINERS Item 114 The first 7 days of storage for empty and laden containers are included in handling charge. Item 115 After expiry of free of charge period the next 4 days will be charged: PLN 5,65 per 20` cntr and day PLN 11,30 per 40`cntr and day Item 116 Thereafter the above charges to be increased by 50%. PART VII STUFFING OR STRIPPING OF CONTAINERS WITH CARS AND MOTORBIKES Item 117 Stuffing or stripping of containers with passenger cars and motorbikes: passenger car motorbike PLN 120,00 / per item PLN 60,00 /per item A. Charges for stuffing or stripping of container with inoperative passenger car or motorbike, which require of using additional handling equipment will be risen by 100%. B. Charges for stuffing or stripping of container with slung passenger cars or motorbikes will be risen by 100%. C. The above rates do not include extra lashing which will be charged according to actually used labour hours and lashing materials. D. Storage of passenger cars or bikes and services for trucks and special vehicles subject to a separate agreement. 7

8 PART VIII GENERAL CARGO Item 118 For stuffing or stripping of containers:: PLN 38,00/ton - loose cargo PLN 30,00/ton - unitized cargo Stuffing or stripping of oversized cargo, overweighed cargo and metallurgical products will be quoted separately. The above rates include: : A. inspection of external condition of cargo packing in the warehouse / yard, B. preparation of damage report in case of cargo damage in the presence of concerned parties,. C. opening or closing container s door, D. usual lashing or unlashing of the cargo within the container (without using lashing materials). The above rates do not include extra lashing which will be charged according to actually used labour hours and lashing materials. The above rates are applicable to the below mentioned operations: reloading from truck or railway wagon into container or vice versa, reloading from the warehouse/yard into container or vice versa, reloading from container to container. Item 119 Handling of general cargo from the mean on land transport to the warehouse /yard (cargo for stuffing into containers) or handling from the warehouse /yard to mean of land transport (cargo stripped from container): PLN 34,00/ton loose cargo PLN 23,00/ton unitized cargo Storage charges: The first 10 days of storage are free of charge, thereafter PLN 1,00 per ton and day. 8

9 PART IX ADDITIONAL CHARGES Item 120 For services ordered and performed on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays the following additional charges will be levied: Saturdays: 50%. Sundays and Holidays: 100%. Solemn Public Holidays: 150%. The surcharge is counted from the beginning of port s first shift. First Shift starts on the previous day at hours. The following days are treated as Solemn Public Holidays: a) New Year. b) First day of Easter. c) May 3 rd. d) November 11 th. e) Christmas Eve (Dec. 24 th ) from hours. f) First day of Christmas. g) New Year s Eve (Dec.31 st ) from hours. Item 121 For handling hazardous goods class 1-5 IMO charges to be increased by 100 %. The above hazardous cargo surcharge covers compulsory assistance of the land Fire Brigade. Prior acceptance any kind of dangerous goods is to notify GTK minimum 24 hours before arrival is required: Import: Shipping Agent notifies the dangerous cargo to the Port Dispatcher, the Port Master s Office, VTS Zatoka Gdańska and provide with a copy of Dangerous Cargo Manifest to GTK. Export: Orderer notifies the dangerous cargo to the Port Dispatcher and provide with a copy of Dangerous Goods Declaration to GTK. IMO Classes 1 / 6.1 / 6.2 / 7 can be accepted only after receiving the written confirmation from GTK. 9

10 PART X LABOUR CHARGES Item 122 Labour charges: Labourer (irrespective of rank): Forklift (upto 2,5t of lifting capacity) with operator: Forklift (upto 5,0t of lifting capacity) with operator: PLN 51,00 /per working hour PLN 129,00 /per working hour PLN 154,00 /per working hour A. Labour hour rates are applicable to: - Operations of customs inspection, phyto/sanitary inspection, veterinary inspection, or sampling. - Stoppage of operations of loading, unloading and all kinds of handling. - All services not covered by tariff rates. - Labour hours are charged for each commenced 1/2 hour. - Forklift with operator are charged for each commenced hour. 10
