23 Case: HVAC Fabricating Machines Customer: Alberta Custom Tee (Canada). Need: To improve production and integrity of manifolds while maintaining flexibility of design. Solutions: Fabricated branches with the T-DRILL method eliminates the use of tee fittings and two joints. Tube end forming is performed with the use of a high speed friction spinning machines eliminating caps and reductions. Fabricating Equipment: 19 industrial and 3 portable T-DRILL machines. Production: 3 million branches and end forms per year.

24 Case: Bit Viking Double wall GAS pipes The product tanker MV Bit Viking has completed the first ever conversion worldwide, of a vessel from HFO to LNG and is now in service with Swedish owners Tarbit Shipping. Operating along the Norwegian coastline by Statoil. The very low emissions now attainable will qualify for lower Norwegian NOx emission taxes.
