5 SK Moulding! Modern micro-processor controlled injection moulding machines.! Clamp forces from tonnes! Vertical & split-line moulding! All driers are desiccant driers to allow correct preparation of engineering polymers.

6 Metal Turning! In September 2011 we installed a Citizen A32 CNC Lathe at our Slovak plant to support in house manufacture of a precision insert used in a new part.! Integrated metal and plastic supply is an area off the business we would like to expand.

7 Design & Tooling Design & Tooling! Design and tool manufacture in-house at ENL UK.! Quick first off the tool capability! Optimised cost per part! Complete in-house management of product lifecycle In-house design of single piece or multi-part assemblies using state-of-the-art design software including SolidWorks, Delcam, ProEngineer and AutoCAD. Experienced with high-performance polymers such as Ultem, PEEK and Torlon, as well as more standard polymers. Tool options in fully hardened steel, P20 steel and aluminium either within our UK factory. Quick turnaround time for first off the tool parts. Rapid prototyping available for low volume runs.

8 Managed Far East Tools! Tools manufactured to European specification! Tools managed with a rigorous control programme! Full on-site inspection during tool trials! Peace of mind with a full ENL warranty ENL control the tooling design and material specification for the whole program. All tools are manufactured to European standard parts and sizes. Tool manufacturing program will be supported by a weekly timing plan. Tool trials and first off the tool will be supported on-site by our in-house specialists. All tools will be inspected and optimised if required. Tools carry full ENL European warranty.

9 Quality! ENL SK s quality management system is certified to ISO9001 & ISO/TS16969 by LRQA. (UK - ISO9001 & AS9100)! CNC CMMs on both UK & SK sites with automatic visual and contact measurement. A simple effective quality system that actually works! SK Delivered Quality Performance = 3.7ppm for 2011! SK Delivery Performance = 100% on time for 2011! Short Lead times 10 day lead-time is routine, shorter is common.
