2 New Features Boarding The Boarding reservation end date can now be edited after the reservation has been checked in from the Control Center and the Boarding Control Center. Right-click on the boarding reservation with a status of Checked in, Hospitalized and/or Ready to Invoice. Select Change Scheduled Out. After selecting, the reservation will open with the End Date enabled. Appointment Calendar Setup No Show Detection in the appointment calendar setup can now be disabled. To do so, go to Setup Appointment Calendar Appointment Calendar Setup and select the appointment group that you wish to edit. Select the Edit button. IntraVet 4.5 RC9 Overview 1

3 In the Group Details screen, set the Minutes to Delay Auto No-show Detection to zero. Visit Invoice Spell check has been added to the Visit. Any misspelled word will appear with a red line underneath. Right-click on the misspelled word to select a suggested word. You will now be able to clear pending charges within the invoice. When pending charges are pulled into the invoice, you can right-click on the invoice and select Delete Pending Charges. Select Yes to delete all pending charges from the Invoice, Visit, Attachments, Labs, Vitals, Documents and Visit Notes. Labels All labels in IntraVet can now be printed using the DYMO size labels. 4 RC9 Resolved Issues Medical History/Visits The error when trying to edit historical visits for certain patients has been resolved. Problem List Attachments are included correctly. Medical History will print to the selected printer correctly. Reminders update automatically after a visit or invoice is deleted. Transactions/Invoices Client invoice items are showing in the transactions tab for all accounts. During invoicing, you can tab to other code fields instead of automatically going to the next line item. A Delete Pending Charges option has been added to the invoice. Code setup message prints on invoice appropriately. Declined credit card payments are no longer showing a zero balance on the invoice printout. Discount Type List now allows for an amount greater than $ The card payment codes appear in alphabetical order. Patient Transactions print quickly. Code will now allow for quantity to be overwritten with certain invoice overwrite setup. When adding the weight in an invoice, select the Enter key instead of Save. Client Description of code always prints on the invoice. The Control Center no longer moves in front of the Invoice screen. A Cancel button was added to the Callback prompt. Communications The Recall Generator search, when using the History option, can look up codes by description, and by code. Recall Generator Search Results list prints search criteria at the top of the printout. Due Reminder Search Reminder cards are no longer printing addressed to the patient s old owner. Due Date Heading now prints on the reminders results list printout. Due Reminder multi-pet card text displays when editing. Boarding Boarding charges calculate correctly when a reservation is checked out early. Utilities Period Locking You can return or refund items that were processed within a locked period. A prompt was added alerting you if financial charges have already been applied within the statement utility. When performing a Client Combine, the client s phone numbers are retained. Labels Print Label button is now functioning correctly. Client info labels (or edit client-client label) print in Last Name First Name format. IntraVet 4.5 RC9 Overview 3

5 Appointment Calendar Tab order in Appointment Calendar Form defaults to on. Tabbing when making a new appointment now stops on the Type field. The Auto No Show detection within the appointment calendar setup can be disabled. The Print By column now displays the appointment notes, reason and last name. Column name is now correct on the Appointment Calendar printout. Reports/Certificates Export of Controlled Items Report now shows the Invoice Number. Current Vaccination Certificate is no longer printing manually cleared reminders. Rabies certificate reprint now matches the original print. Previous Balance column was changed to be easier to read on the Transaction Analysis Report. Backdated and Future payments are showing on the End of Day Transactions Report when the time is filtered. Inventory Reorder Report is showing all relevant codes. IntraVet Standard Certificate only prints items marked as a vaccination. The message Rabies not previously applied if certificate is cancelled in the visit no longer appears. This allows you to print the rabies certificate without any issues. The rabies certificate no longer displays old vaccination dates that were cancelled in the Visit. Setup The required new client fields are now highlighted. No longer get the message that you Can t inactivate a code because of a Recommendation Code when there is no recommendation code causing the issue. Inventory The product name prints on Purchase Order. Deleting an item from an Open Visit updates the Inventory on hand. IntraVet 4.5 RC9 Overview 4
