3 Safety Champions We have a Safety Champion Program with approximately 220 departments and 230 champions. The off-site facilities are included in this number. Please learn who your Champion is.

5 Interim Life Safety Measures (1) When fire or environmental safety is affected by construction or deficiencies, alternate means are implemented to temporarily compensate. These means are known as Interim Life Safety Measures (ILSM) (2) All construction jobs shall be evaluated for their affect on fire and environmental safety and the appropriate ILSM determined. This process shall be documented. Throughout the construction period, the ILSM shall be continued and inspected. The results of the inspections shall be documented.

7 Security: Available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week for the following services: tire that needs air, battery jumped, keys locked in car escorts to parking lots (may have to wait until someone available if another situation takes priority) over 100 surveillance cameras positioned around campus phones that are located in elevators and parking lots ring directly to security desk If you see anything suspicious or unusual please call security ( ) or the Peoria Police Department (911) immediately.

8 Off Campus Parking Shuttle Service OSF Saint Francis has partnered with Towne Park to provide shuttle service for our employees. Drivers will wear uniforms. Three 14 passenger shuttles and one 25 passenger. Shuttle pick-up and drop-off location is the Milestone circle drive entrance. Shuttles will begin running at 4:45 a.m. The last shuttle of the day will leave the medical center at 12:10 a.m. If an employee needs access to the off-campus lots when the shuttles are NOT running, they may contact Security at for an escort. Call shuttle If you have waited in the parking area for more than 4 to 5 minutes please contact the shuttle driver

9 Off Campus Parking Shuttle Service The off campus shuttle only operates Monday thru Friday. We do not have a shuttle on weekends or on OSF holidays. For escorts to your vehicle after the hours of shuttle operation you may contact security at Medi-Park III is open for employee parking on weekends and holidays. You must enter deck from the top entrance. The gate is raised Friday evening at midnight and lowered again Monday morning and will require parking card to enter.

10 Additional Parking Issues Third shift employees will be assigned to Medi- Park III. Employees working Third shift must have note from their manager in order to receive proper parking assignments. Parking Services office hours are 7:30 am till 4:00 pm. Call before going to make sure someone is available. Phone: City tickets are issued to cars not parked in assigned lots.

11 Parking: Fees for Medi Park 3 after $20 deposit are as follows: $5.00/pay 80 hours $4.50/pay 72 hours $4.00/pay 64 hours $3.50/pay 58 hours $2.50/pay 40 hours or less First shift & Second Shift employees will be parking in one of off campus parking lots and will be shuttled in to Medical Center.
