12 You are legally responsible for the safe conduct of each flight. Take time to understand the rules - failure to comply could lead to a criminal prosecution. Don t fly your unmanned aircraft within 50m of a person, vehicle, building or structure, or overhead groups of people at any height. Before each flight check that your unmanned aircraft is not damaged, and that all components are working in accordance with the Supplier s User Manual. Think about what you do with any images you obtain as you may breach privacy laws. Details are available from the Information Commissioner s Office. You are responsible for avoiding collisions with other people or objects - including aircraft. Do not fly your unmanned aircraft in any way that could endanger people or property. If you intend to use an unmanned aircraft for any kind of commercial activity, you must get a Permission from the Civil Aviation Authority, or you could face prosecution. 13 How to order from the JSF Drones range Please contact your Area Sales Manager or your Wilton Bradley Area Sales Administrator for more information: BUYING OPTIONS We offer flexible buying options to suit different customer needs. On top of the below options we are also happy to discuss creating exclusive drone designs for you, based on meeting an MOQ. Please feel free to discuss any of the below options with your Area Sales Manager. Domestic Supply We will be holding a limited amount of stock in our UK warehouse which can be bought by carton or pallet load ( 400 minimum carriage paid order) and shipped within the UK by next day delivery. Direct Container We can ship full containers of drones from the factory, direct to you. We handle it all, including paying the freight, clearing customers and provide invoices in sterling. With this buying method there is an MOQ but it offers some of the savings associated with buying FOB from an overseas factory without the worry of shipping, duty, customs clearance, product compliance, letters of credit etc. FOB For those customers who have their own shipping department and wish to take ownership of the goods at the port of departure from the factory. 12
