The contents of your booth may not obstruct aisles and must stay within the 10 w x 10 d booth space. If you have special requirements, please contact Janice Kosteniuk.

2 Limited wireless internet will be supplied to displayers for the purpose of checking ; however, the quality of these connections will vary depending on the load and number of users. If Internet is critical to your operations during the event, it is recommended that you arrange a direct internet connection at your cost through the facility. The main door prize system requires delegates to visit the various display areas. If you are interested in donating a door prize, please indicate this on the registration form. Coffee stations will be in the main display area. CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS AND DEMONSTRATIONS As in previous years, the Saskatchewan Safety Council will be including a technical track at the Industrial Safety Seminar. These will be a series of full-length, concurrent sessions, sponsored and presented by some of our displayers. The sessions will be listed on the preliminary and final agendas as part of the Seminar program and agencies delivering these presentations will be listed as Sponsors-in-Kind of the event. Although these presentations are to be generic in nature (i.e. not product specific), this is an excellent opportunity for you or your company to reach a number of safety practitioners and support the Saskatchewan Safety Council. Similar to 2018, we also have additional space for product demonstrations in the display area. These demonstrations are a great way to showcase your products. If you or your company would be interested in delivering a presentation or demonstration at the 46 th Annual Industrial Safety Seminar, please forward a proposal (one page or less), including a title and description of presentation or demonstration and short bio of the presenter (for presentations only) to events@sasksafety.org by August 31, **Please pass this information on to those who may be interested within your organization**
