EvoWash The Past The Present The Future Our signature product, the EvoWash embodies our company values of innovation and engineering excellence. No other fine material washing and classification plant can match the quality, the history and the refinement of the Evowash.

Our patented Infinity dewatering screen technology results in an increased power to weight ratio for: Sand that s ready for market straight off the belt Lower running costs through reduced power consumption Dewatering Reimagined The unique Trilogy side wall construction eliminates welds to ensure maximum equipment life. Our patent pending cast U-Span cross members are designed for superior abrasion resistance and are fixed via huck bolts to eliminate welds from the construction.

Power in the Right Place Our unique VibroSync drive system distributes power evenly across the full screening area and ensures maximum transfer of energy to your material for unrivalled dewatering performance.

Making the Cut Our tried and tested modular hydro cyclone technology gives you unparalleled control of silt cut points - allowing you to produce the material that your customers need and guarantee the quickest return on your investment.

Cyclone discharge at the highest point allows for Gravity feed to your ponds or water treatment phase - eliminating the requirement for additional sumps and pumps. Performance & Efficiency The EvoWash range is packed with features and design innovations which are built on our experience in the design & delivery of customised fine material washing plants for over 20 years. Feed box design ensures the full available screening area is utilised for maximum product dewatering. Rubber lined product chutes deliver dry, washed sand to the centre of the integrated conveyor for the most efficient transfer of material to stockpile.

Lightweight and robust GRP guards are easy for one person to remove and replace. Maintenance hatch in the sump and a sump design which allows for room to work. Our patent pending pump turntable ensures quick, easy and safe access for your operators. Safety First A safer workforce is a happier and more productive workforce. That is why the EvoWash is packed with design features and innovations which minimise the time spent on essential plant inspection and maintenance. Other design innovations which ensure maximum equipment availability include: Rolling feed box to allow quick and easy access to the rear of the dewatering screen Modular, non-bolted polyurethane screen media for ease of replacement Polyurethane lined feedbox CDE abrasion resistant steel reinforced rubber pipework
