1 CORRIGENDUM TO TENDER DOCUMENTS Subsequent to Pre-bid meeting held on modifications have been made to the originally displayed tender documents on Bank s website concerning to the following: 1. FOR PURCHASE, SUPPLY,INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING AND MAINTENANCE OF AROUND 400 NOTE COUNTING CUM FAKE/ SUSPECTED NOTE DETECTION MACHINES WITH COUNTING SPEED OF CURRENCY NOTES PER MINUTE. ) PURCHASE, SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING AND MAINTENANCE OF % NOTE SORTING MACHINES WITH SORTING SPEED OF MORE THAN NOTES PER HOUR. The details of changes/ modifications are given below: 1. The machine must have processing speed of notes / hour in sorting mode. 3 First note recognition feature must be available where first note denomination should be taken as default denomination when doing counting and/or sorting. 4 The machine detection technology should be based on contact image sensors (CIS) for Indian currency notes. Other regular features viz. OR 300 Desktop Note sorting machines (total) in not more than two separate contracts to any Bank locations in India. 1. The Model quoted by the bidder should have been released /operational in the market for at least 1 months before the date of this tender notification /ATM(total) in not more than two separate contracts to any bank locations in India The Model (only new version) which complies with the minimum specification given, is acceptable PRICE COMPOSITION All taxes, duties and levies (except octroi, which will be at actual) NO PRICE VARIATIONS 3.ELIGIBILITY Point 4 c) The Commercial Offer shall be on a fixed price basis. No upward revision in the price would be considered on account of subsequent increases in Government taxes, customs duty, Excise Tax, Sales Tax, etc. However, if there is any reduction on account of Government levies / taxes, during the offer validity period, the same shall be passed on to the Bank.
