2 General Information Freight Rates Local Surcharges AWB Amendment Fee POD Fees Dangerous Goods Fee (RAC) All freight rates are in INR All surcharges are on chargeable weight INR 1250 per AWB for every amendment post departure. Proof Of Delivery fees for exports check with IAGC local office USD (to be paid in local currency at the prevalent rate of exchange) per UN/ID number, these shipments will be requiring a shipper's declaration for dangerous goods. Note : DGR fees are not applicable for shipments using Dry Ice (UN 1845) as a coolant. Acceptance of DG shipments is subject to clearance from IAG Cargo office. Disbursement Charges for Charges Collect Shipments (DBC) # Minimum charge of USD (per AWB) to be paid in local currency at the prevalent rate of exchange - or - 10% of the charges shown in the box 23 (Due Agent and Due Carrier) of the Air Way Bill, whichever is greater. # Please check with the IAG Cargo office for acceptance of charges collect shipments to IAG network destinations. Charges collect shipments are not accepted for destinations served by our interline partners. Live Animal Special Handling Fee Minimum freight charge of GBP (per consignment) at the prevalent rate of exchange- or- as per IATA tact rate, whichever is higher. ARC charges of GBP at the prevalent rate of exchange if transiting London. Common Veterinary Entry Document (CVED) charges minimum of GBP PTS charges 350 GBP for LHR terminating AVI. Border Inspection Post charge applicable for checks for products of animal origin. (BIP) Charges for veterinary checks are: CONSIGNEES AND OTHER USERS FOR PROCESSING CONSIGNMENTS THROUGH THE BIP KG GBP p/k MINIMUM POUNDS KG GBP p/k MINIMUM POUNDS 3501 AND OVER GBP p/k MINIMUM POUNDS Valuables Security Handling Fee - SECURE (VBC) Human Remains (HRC) Constant Fresh Constant Climate Prioritise (EHC) Fee* There is an additional fee of GBP per air waybill (at the prevalent rate of exchange), if a transfer occurs between LHR/LGW. Please contact IAG Cargo office for Constant Climate(Temperature sensitive cargo) rates and services on the network. Prioritise service is available upto BA online destination. Shipments less than 300kgs (Non-Dgr) to LHR/LGW/STN will be serviced as Prioritise. These shipments to be collected from Premium Handling Facility at LHR 'PREMIA'. All applicable charges of Premia will be eligible for shipments collected from there. For all the other destinations less than 100kgs shipments will be serviced as Prioritise. Prioritise Handling Charge to be shown in "due carrier": kilos : Nil charges 500 kilos and above : INR 3, applicable per air waybill. Performance Guarantee is not applicable for offline routes and Charges collect shipments.the upper limit on Performance Guarantee is $ 5, only. Please read terms and conditions on AIR AMS and EU charges # INR per MAWB or HAWB for manual transmission (CCC) and INR per MAWB or HAWB for automatic transmission (CGC) for all shipments. For air waybills with more than one HAWB this charge will be applicable for each HAWB. Accurate and complete Consignee address is required (with area pin code). Import D.O Charges Import charges for delivery order, break bulk and unaccompanied baggage.
